-Anxiety does not have to be medically diagnosed, research your symptoms and talk to others with anxiety to know if you are dealing with the same

-If you are ever feeling anxious about something make yourself a hot drink. Something like coffee, tea, hot chocolate or warm milk. Notice the taste and smell and indulge and focus on what you are consuming. It not only helps distract you but general warmth and warm drinks help relax the body and the tension it can hold. 

- Never forget to breathe. Take ten deep breathes, count each one out loud and take you're time with them. Focus on the numbers and the breathing, not what you are anxious about, 

- If possible,  step outside if you're inside. Step inside if you're outside.  Sometimes you're mind and body need space if you are somewhere cluttered and packed, or sometimes you're body and or mind need coziness and warmth.  Either way a change of physical environment can help freshen the brain.
