- Vitamin D 

- Exercise or do anything related. anything to tire yourself out before bed

- Regular chiropractic care

- eat cherries and or organic lettuce 

- Practice Yoga

- Avoid late  dinners

- Counseling 

- Avoid heat

- Going to bed and getting up roughly at the same time everyday will program your body to sleep better. Choose a time when you're most likely to be more sleepy. 

- Talk to your doctor to see if sleep aids are right for you.
