Say this to yourself from time to time throughout the day even if you do not mean it, say it until you mean it! 

- Today is going to be a great day

- I can handle more than I think

- Worry does not solve problems

- Doing my best will satisfy me

- There will always be something,  at least one small thing, to be happy about

- I'm going to make someone happy today

- Life is beautiful and I'm going to make the most of it

- One exam is not the end of a life but a step ahead

- I will learn from mistakes

-  I will give my best effort and that's what counts
