Foods that reduce stress! 

- Green tea (anti oxidants)

- Bananas (potassium + minerals)

- Spinach, broccoli (magnesium and minerals)

- Salmon (choline & vitamin B)

- Blueberries (Anti oxidants)

- Almonds and  nuts ( magnesium + vitamins)

- Chocolate (magnesium)

- Oranges (anti oxidants+vitamin c) 

- Milk and yogurt  (calcium + proteins)

- Avocados (proteins+vitamins)

When I am stressed I like to eat too much or not all...so I personally like to drink a hot drink to calm my nerves and force my senses to focus on something else. I like to eat crunchy foods, so to focus on the list I lean towards nuts or grains!
