Staying Awake

- Have a hot and cold drink. Alternating between the two will keep you conscious. The alternating stimulates your brains sense and will keep you awake.

- Have someone near you and ask them to punch you or hit you when you doze off.

- Have a very hot drink, not enough to be scolding but enough to keep you awake.

- EAT.

- Have a small bottle of peppermint essential oil. Sniff when you feel the sleeping feeling

- Chew on minty gum or ice
