I have come to find out there are a lot of other self help books. I'm being honest, I didn't no there was other self help books when I wrote this. I made this book because I was on the Internet and I found a tips on depression, which led to seeing so many other tips with other mental illnesses. Then I started looking tips for other things that I had been dealing with. I saved a lot of them and thought "how do people not know about this?! How can I tell people this?" My brain first came to wattpad. I didn't immediately do It though, I thought about it occasionally before doing it. And when I did, I hadn't known there was others. Others that are way better than mine. I apologize for "copying" anyone. I had no intention at all. Sorry.

Some of you are probably thinking "it's not a big deal" but I'm that person who hates people who are "basic" and don't have a mind of their own. And I get so frustrated when I see mainstream books on wattpad. After seeing other self help books I thought to myself and thought people weren't going to see me as creative, and see me as a person who just wants reads and copies others for them. I have only just seen a lot recently, but I'm 100% no one copied me,
I just didn't notice at all at first.

So again, I'm sorry. I literally had no idea there was others. The book will go on, but I'll try to be more careful before I go out and write a book on here. Sorry for ranting and thanks for reading!
