- SET TIME LIMITS
- Avoid perfectionism (Get it over with, better done than not done, at least you did it)
- Have realistic expectations
- Update or change the way you work
- Don't fuss over details
- Pretending the task doesn't matter and it's okay if you mess up will help you finish it faster. Still do it though.
