i walk out to kol and grab his shoulder pulling him to my direction

'where are you going?' he says stopping me i carry on walking

'well im going back to marcels he has to of left something' i say kol looks at me with his arms crossed

'and you need a taxi driver' he suggests

'i mean i could just walk bu-' kol shakes his head

'no fine lets go ill drive 5 minutes in and out even marcel isnt there no more' i climb into the passenger seat

'wheres marcel?' i ask as he turns the key the engine roaring to life

'hes staying at the compound with rebekah' i smile

'good thing im living with you so i dont have to put them in danger too' i hear kol sigh loudly

'kira' he starts

'what i do tonight was my fault the nights before was my fault whoever gets close to me gets punished accordingly kol' he sighs

'thats not true' i shake my head

'so what your going to tell me its a coincidence hmm?' i say

he stays silent i look at him as he seems annoyed and upset

'how did he escape?' i say changing the subject he shrugs

'im not sure maybe we can check when we get there' i nod.

As we walk through marcels house the place is spotless i turn to Kol

'are you sure he esca- ' my sentence is cut short when i see the room he was hauled up in the walls are splattered with blood the chair is ripped to shreds the walls charcoal black clearly from the flames

'how do you think he escaped?' i ask he shrugs 'whos blood is that?' i say panicked

'im not sure' he says

'but how did he-' i start hysterically

' kira  slow down' kol says holding tightly on my shoulders

i pull back from him i nod letting him know im okay now as i step back i stumble backwards my hands landing against the wall as my eye sight blurs  and  the scene changes to a few hours back

'you bastard' my voice says as kol runs after me marcel looks at garret

'you not going after her?' garret says marcel smirks

'nah i thought id keep you company' garret smirks

'well sorry to say ill be leaving you soon' he smirks marcel tilts his head

'is that so?' he says garret nods

'oh and do tell kira ill leave her a note of my departure'

marcel grabs him as  fire erups from all sides of the room and garret breaks free pushing marcel back as he slashes his chest with a sharp object blood splattering everywhere as marcel groans out in pain throwing his self forwards ripping his stomache apart as  the blood decorates the room a flash spears through the room as marcels kicked down

'kira i know you can see me the message is under the sink see you soon' he smirks as the fire alarms go off as my eyes shut i fall backawards into kol.

'where did you go?' kol asks

i pant using him to steady myself i stagger off him falling against the fire axe by the wall i punch through it and grab the axe heading towards the sink

'kira what are you-' i cut his words short by smashing it against the sink causing it to crack

i  smash it down again as the sink collapses into a few pieces i place the axe down and reach my hand down the sink

'what are you doing?' he asks concerned

'getting a message' i reply

'what message what are you on a bout?' he says slightly annoyed

'i went back kol i went back a fire happend he got out he sliced marcel and marcel sliced him back before he got away leaving a message in the sink' i say rushed reaching further

'so the blood-' he starts

'is a mixture of marcels and garrets' i say

my hand struggles to reach further as i groan picking up the axe again kol rushes forwards grabbing it out of my hand placing it behind him

'you dont have to smash everything up kira' he says

he opens the cuboard underneath the sink  he takes apart the pipes placing each of them on the table i reach into the first three finding nothing but gunk built up i retract my hand and flick the grime off as kol finds a slip of paper

'found something' he shouts my hand mid inside the pipe

i feel a sheet and pull it out seeing a little message on the side reading "TELL NOONE" i tuck it into my pocket and  walk over to kol

'what did it say?' i ask he turns the sheet "See how easy it is to manipulate you" i huff this must of been the decoy

'see there wasnt a message he was just winding you up' kol says 'now lets go before he comes back' he says grabbing my shoulder guiding me to the  the front door

i take one glance back and reach to push the paper deeper inside of my pocket  what could this possibly say .

'davina are you back yet?' kol shouts  we hear a struggle from upstairs as me and him look at each other and race up the stairs 

'dee?' kol shouts  i close my eyes and try to focus on her scent when i latch on i head up to her room and see he collapsed on the bed

'davina!' i shout  running up to her grabbing her face into my hands

'what were you doing what happend?' i say as kol runs in

'davina' he says shocked 'what happend' she slowly opens her eyes

'i..i tried to do a locater spell but  it must of knocked me out i went light headed and next thing i knew' she winses and grabs her head

i move out of the way as kol moves towards her why cant  she locate garret?

'im gonna go to bed im really drained' i say  he murmers in response as

i walk downstairs  and unwrap the sheet in my pocket 'THE ANSWER YOUR LOOKING FOR IS AKIRA' i look at the words confused as kol pops is head around the corner i quickly stuff the paper under the pillow

'davinas okay now but were gonna turn in early' i nod in response as he smiles 'dont worry' he says 'well catch him'

'I hope so' i smile sighing

so garret left her a message an answer but what question is that linked to?

poor marcels sink

why cant davina locate garret and why did it drain all her energy?
