I love witches, I love lesbians and this show has lesbian witches so there's no way I was gonna miss this one. The show takes place in an alternate matriarchal world based around witches.
In S1 Scylla and Raelle are mostly soft and gay, with not much to worry about regarding Sycalla's potential betrayal. Nah just kidding I was hating on Scylla the whole time but at the same I was waiting for the 'she fell first but she fell harder' trope with them. Now I do have mixed feelings about Scylla kissing someone else, it was just to kill them but why did she need to kiss???? I can excuse murder but cheating (kinda?) is where I draw the line.
After that, I have heard many people consider them a toxic ship with them being on different sides of war. They are basically the definition of lovers to enemies to lovers again, they do have great chemistry and the fact they not only end up together but get married in S3 despite facing so many obstacles just makes them better.
