Dreams
That's where I have to go
To see your beautiful face anymore
I stare at a picture of you
And listen to the radio

Deciding to clean out my room, I put on my playlist and start cleaning out my nightstand. Opening the first draw and dumping everything out, there's a picture of Y/n and I smiling in a huge flower field, my arm around her waist. "the good old days" I sigh putting the picture on my desk.

Hope
Hope there's a conversation
Where we both admit we had it good
But until then
It's alienation I know
That much is understood

After the breakup I tried contacting them but they would never answer, I mean we are in love with each other of course it's going to be upsetting when we take a break from our relationship.

And I realize
If you ask me how I'm doin'
I would say I'm doing just fine
I would lie and say that you're not on my mind

Chris knows how much I love Y/n, I mean I would always talk about them to him. That's why every time I see him he asks how I'm doing and I always answer the same way "I'm doing just fine" I'd say, but in reality I just want to be with Y/n.

But I go out
And I sit down
At a table set for two
And finally I'm forced to face the truth
No matter what I say
I'm, not over you

Sitting down at the restaurant we always went to I realize that this breakup was needed, it was needed for me to realize that Y/n really is my true love, and I will do whatever it takes to get back together with them.
