This chapter is kinda long. I also finished writing it at 4 in the morning after work :,) so I sincerely apologize if some parts seem rushed. But I hope you enjoy it anyway <3

Caesar was a lot of things; charming, the self-proclaimed King of Etiquette, a man never to be dealt with, and so on.

An impressive chef? Y/N would have never seen it coming.

"He seems like he'd be the type of rich kid who grew up with his own chef, so it's surprising he's this good, huh?" Luminous nudged Y/N's shoulder as Caesar finished plating up their gourmet Hokkaido-styled King Crab.

"I can hear you, Luminous," Caesar said sternly but continued to flawlessly plate his crab.

"Are you making this our last meal?" Johann asked questioningly, raising a brow as his golden hues eyed Caesar's confident face.

Luminous groaned, "Uh, can you not jinx us right before the mission?"

The Ace Team now resided on a cruise ship, intricately disguised as a fishing boat to not cause suspicion as to why such a luxurious ship was sailing so close to the raging waves of the Sumeru Throne.

Chisei, Johann, Y/N, and Luminous all stood around the grand table in awe at Caesar's kitchen skills. "Eat as you please," Caesar announced proudly, "don't let this delicious King Crab go to waste!"

Luminous, without hesitation, dug into his plate of fresh crab meat. Y/N and Johann ate at their normal pace, bewildered at Luminous' ravenous state, even when he had just eaten a few hours ago.

Caesar pulled out two tall glasses and a bottle of champagne, handing one to Chisei who received it diligently.

"You all seem like you're only here for a vacation," Chisei mumbled under his breath as Caesar poured into his glass first.

Caesar clicked his tongue, "You must enjoy life while you can, it's what makes dangerous missions like this worthwhile! You get to go back to that happy life after everything's done,"

"Your mindset is truly incomprehensible," Chisei replied.

"Nonsense!" Caesar said heartily. He poured himself a glass of champagne before clinking his glass on Chisei's, who was surprised at this gesture.

"I will wish for this mission to be a complete success!" Caesar raised his glass into the air, catching the attention of his friends around him. "The strength of our friendship is stronger than anything else, after all,"

The rest of the ride was smooth sailing. Luminous had no qualms about gaming on a boat, but the mere thought of just gazing out the window of an airplane made him queasy.

It wasn't until they witnessed firsthand the strength of the waves surrounding the Unsinkable Sumeru Throne.

And upon seeing the sturdy tower, the Ace Team all knew how it had gotten its name. For even with the ocean whose waves were as strong as a tsunami, Sumeru Throne still stood tall.

The boat pulled into a loading dock before some workers latched hooks onto the edges of the boat, pulling it up to the upper level of the tower.

"Welcome to the Unsinkable Sumeru Throne," Chisei said as they all carefully stepped off the boat and onto the steel platform of the tower.

Surrounded by metal and steel, wires and gadgets and weapons galore, the Ace Team was even in shock that there were air crafts and battleships attached to the docks. It looked like a war zone, the atmosphere was tense, quick, and professional. They were pros working with high-tech machines, so there was no time for fooling around.
