Only 20 minutes left, I need to hurry up.
Chan was hectically brushing his hair in the bathroom at the dorms. He and Felix had just parted ways a few hours ago but he already missed him somehow.
As much as he looked forward to meeting again, he couldn't help but also feel a little nervous.
After all, this was their first real date.

Of course, they had gone out together many times before but not like this.
Chan knew this shouldn't be a big difference to him but he just couldn't help it. He had been secretly waiting so long for an evening like this and now he felt the need to make it perfect. That's what made him so nervous. That and the fact he hadn't gone on a proper date for a very long time. He had some girls here and there and a few boys too but nothing really lasted long...
and of course, none of them were Felix. Chan was embarrassed to admit it but maybe he wasn't always the casually flirty charismatic guy he tried to be.
No more time to worry, I better get going.

They had agreed to meet outside the dorms and drive to a restaurant Chan had picked. Felix was already waiting on the sidewalk when Chan got his black Audi out of the garage. The older boy couldn't help but smile at the sight of his long-time crush standing there, ready to be taken out on a fancy date.

Chan's previous worries quickly faded away as he got out of the car to greet Felix. Things felt more natural than expected. Chan went to hold the car door open for his date and earned a sweet giggle for it.
»I could get used to this«
Felix seemed excited to be treated so politely.
»You better do«
Chan was already planning way ahead, preparing for a lifetime of treating his Lixie well. Now that he was allowed to be open about his feelings, he wanted to make sure to express them clearly.
It was like his life had completely turned around after Felix revealed his secret to him.
With nothing but joyful thoughts, he got into the driver's seat and started the car.
The restaurant wasn't too far and they arrived quickly.

☆☆☆

»Mmmh the chicken here tastes amazing, and the side dishes are great as well «
»Isn't the sauce a little too spicy for you, Felix?«
»No it's perfect«
Chan was happy to hear Felix liked the meal. Of course, he had spent way too much time on picking out the perfect restaurant, so it was a relief to see he probably made the right choice.
But Felix seemed to have a lot on his mind today as well.
»Actually hyung, I feel honored to be treated to a meal like this. I mean I just immaturely confessed my feelings to you earlier today and I didn't even expect you to... you know.. like me back«
Felix got a little shy while speaking. It was rare to see him like this. Normally he could just laugh everything off but this seemed to matter a lot to him.
»You know Felix, I had kind of been wishing to take you out like this since forever«
Chan couldn't help but get shy as well. He still wasn't used to speaking things like these out loud. Felix just giggled and then continued focusing on the variety of food in front of him.

Chan couldn't even look away from him for a second. It was still hard for him to process everything that happened today. He had been worrying about his feelings for such a long time and now everything just resolved itself so perfectly. It almost felt too good to be true.

He's just sitting there, looking so lovely. He's so sweet and charming... and he actually likes me back.
Felix suddenly looked up at him and Chan quickly looked away.
»It's fine hyung. You can admire me for a little longer«
Chan didn't even know what to reply. He felt his face turning red and he was surprised he got flustered so easily. He always tried to be cool and natural but with Felix, he just couldn't help it.
That boy is so damn cute. How could he even like me?? He's so out of my league.
Felix giggled again and Chan tried to change topics.

»So uhm... about us. You haven't told anyone, have you?«
The younger boy now also got a little more serious again.
»No, I haven't. I don't think anyone knows«
Chan was still worried about risking his and the member's careers.
The more people know about this, the higher the risk.
»Good, we should probably try to keep it that way.«
Chan was surprised at himself. He sounded harsher than he wanted to.
»Sure, hyung. Whatever makes you feel comfortable!^^«
Felix didn't question it further.
They continued enjoying their dinner without getting this serious again. In the end, things went more casual and they had a lot of fun together.
