The diary fell out of my hands as I gasped when I looked at the thing near the window.

I stood up from my bed and took a step away from the window, careful enough to not hit the table.

A pair of grayish green, frightening eyes stared at me, and I could only see that much of the person who was standing there, though I had a strong feeling that it was indeed him. M.

But above all, how did he manage to stand right outside my window? Did he transform into Spider from being Swiper the Fox?

Stupid Hannah! Focus! There's your sister's murderer at your window.

But why is he here?

Reading his words on a piece of paper was different than seeing him actually in person. Suddenly I felt very scared, looking into the eyes of my sister's killer, and all of my fury which was bottled up since the past few days was now converted into fear.

"Give up," a low, deep and scary voice commanded.

"W-What?" I stammered, while my face became sweaty and showed every sign of fear.

"Give up finding me. You can never figure out who I am, so you're just wasting your time. Stop crying. It's not gonna change anything," the voice said in a deep voice, and then jumped off from the windowsill and I let out a scream.

I wanted to run and check whether whoever it was over there just a second ago landed safely or fell to their death, but my feet were stuck to the ground and I could barely move, as I was still in a state of shock.

M came.

And M jumped.

Did he die already?

No, I don't think so.

I wish he did.

He was M. But why did he tell me to give up finding him?

Well, he must be stupid because he just came to my room through my window and I know one thing about him- he has grayish green eyes. Looks like Hannah isn't the only stupid one here, her stalker is stupid too, woo.

Stupid Hannah! Your sister's killer just came to your flat! And here you are thinking about how he's stupid too.

As if I'm gonna stop looking for him after he had confessed to killing my sister.

But how am I going to fight him when in the first meeting itself I turned to a scaredy cat?

Wait, rewind... Grayish green eyes.

"Give me your address."

"I don't trust strangers," I snapped to which she looked taken aback. I took this time to study her.

She had short, curly black hair which ended on her shoulders, grayish green eyes, taller than me and looked somewhat familiar.

Grayish green eyes.

What I am thinking right now, is true or is it...?

I quickly let go of the topic before I have another panic attack. This is just too much to handle.

I fell down on the floor in agony as I tried to normalize my breathing. I kept my hands on my head trying to ease the headache I'm having now.

Why? Why me? Why do I have to go through all this?

First my sister was taken away from me. Then people around me shut me and senselessly put the blame of her death on me. When finally, after all these years I got freedom from their torment, I got to know that it wasn't an accident after all, she was killed!
