People say that being pregnant is one of the best things that could ever happen to a woman. You were ecstatic when you found out that you were pregnant,you and Michael had been trying for months. You were going to bring a little life into the world and you couldn't be happier.

For the first few months,you still went to work,you still went out and you still did everything you wanted but as you got bigger,Michael insisted that you stayed at home and rested. "Can't let anything happen to my best girl now can I?" He would say and kiss you on the forehead before running to make you a cup of tea.

You were currently lay in your bed,screaming in agony as Ada squeezed your hand and Polly was knelt in between your legs.

"Just a few more pushes and the baby will be here. You can do it,Y/N" Polly sent you a small smile as you let out another agonised scream.

"Where the fuck is Michael?" You shouted to no one in particular.

"I'm here,doesn't worry" Michael ran in the door and flung his coat off,immediately coming to your side. With your free hand,you grabbed Michael's collar and rugged him close to your face.

"If you ever put another one of these in me then I will cut your dick off" you let him go and let out another scream as Michael chuckled a little.

"One more push,Y/N cmon"

You used all of your strength to push as hard as you could and pretty soon,all that could be heard was your pants of exhaustion and the cries of a little baby.

"It's a boy" Polly wrapped your little boy in Michael's coat and handed him over to you. Moving the collar of the coat slightly so you could see his face,tears welled in your eyes. You already loved him so much and knew that you would do anything to protect your son.

"He's got your eyes" Michael whispered gently as he sat on the bed next to you.

"What's his name?" Ada asked.

You thought for a few minutes before speaking " John. His name is John Xavier Gray?" Michael nodded at you in agreement.

Polly and Ada left you alone for a few minutes so you could have some time to yourselves.

"He's gorgeous" you thought out loud. Turning to Michale,you placed a kiss on his cheek and smiled. "We did this,Michael" he kissed your nose and let out a small chuckle. You picked your head in confusion.

"We are a family of 2 Grays and a smaller shade of Gray" you shook your head in amusement and watched as your husband interacted with your little boy. He was a dork but he was your dork and you were so glad that he was by your side through everything.
