Jennie’s POV

“Why are you telling me this just now Jennie Kim? I thought I’m your friend.” Jisoo asks in disbelief. We are at their bar right now. I am supposed to be working here for tonight but she drags me in one of the vip room after telling her about Lisa. She just got here from school. She’s studying business because she wants to continue handling the business of her parents. I wish I can go back to school too but it’s impossible for now because I need to work for my kids.

After Lisa told me that she wants me and the children to move in with her, I just said to her that I will think about it first. Good thing she doesn’t have time to react with what I said when suddenly Rosie came in. She’s fetching Lisa and I told them that they need to go back home faster because my parents are already coming. That was just a lie though. I need to come up with excuses quickly. What do you want me to do? I just can’t easily move in with her when I still don’t know her deeply. I know I’m so whipped with her so if she asks me again about moving in then I will probably say yes immediately. But I’m thinking about the welfare of my children. There are a lot of what ifs that are running in my mind right now. What if she’s a psycho? What if she’s a criminal? A mafia boss? A kidnapper? Or what if she’s a fucking serial killer? Ahhh I don’t know any more.

“So her name is Lisa Manoban right?” Jisoo asks while opening her pink laptop.

“That’s what she told me last night.” I quickly replied then I sit beside her.

“Okay then. Let’s search about her. What’s the point of having an internet if we will not use it right?” Wow. Jisoo is really smart. Why didn’t it cross my mind last night? I should’ve stalked her social media accounts if she has any. I also want to save her picture in my phone and use it as wallpaper.

Jisoo starts searching in Google and when she saw the result she's been looking, she immediately gasps in surprise then she started squealing loudly while hitting my arm. I was so shock with what she did.

“What? What did you see?” I can’t clearly see it. Damn it.

“Okay so her full name is Lalisa Pranpriya Manoban.” She started. Lalisa Pranpriya? Oh I think I’ll tease her about her name when I see her again. That’s why I failed searching for her in the internet before. Her real name is kinda unique.

“She’s 24 years old now Jennie. Ohhhh you have ahm what 7 years gap?” Jisoo asks me while computing using her fingers.

“No. I’m 18 now Jisoo. We are 17 last year gosh. So it’s just 6 years age gap. You really need to study harder in Math Kim Jisoo.” I told her and she quickly knitted her eyebrows while having those deadly gaze. I just smirk at her.

I can’t believe Lisa is already 24 years old. She looks younger though. Should I call her unnie? Unnie who don’t know how to cook a mother fucking hotdog. I evilly laugh in my mind. I’m going to tease the hell out of you Lalisa. Just wait.

“Okay. What else chu? Keep going.” I ask impatiently. I want to know about her more.

“Wait. It said here that she’s a Thai. Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand.” Wait…wait she’s a Thai? How come she knows how to speak Korean fluently? I know she don’t look Korean at all but I just assumed that she’s half Korean or something and her best friend Rosie is Korean. I’m pretty sure about that. There are really still a lot of things I don’t know about you Lisa.

“And this is the most shocking information about her Jennie Kim!” Jisoo grips my arm which stop me from thinking about Lisa.

“She is the only daughter of the owner of Manoban’s Restaurant, the biggest, most popular and most expensive restaurant in Thailand. It has thousands of branches already in there and they’re planning to have a branch here in South Korea. Oh and their income Jen..oh my god…it says here that their income is up to million dollars monthly. Monthly Jen! Also, the Manobans are one of the richest family in Thailand.They still have a lot businesses aside from their restaurant. And ohhhh Lisa. It says here that she’s a graduate of computer engineering but she’s …she’s their CEO now.” Jisoo stammered, still not believing what she just read.
