Rhea's POV

It's been a week since jiju and Aaru came home from their honeymoon. She started working again. It's Friday, I should probably call her, she must be free.

I dailed her number and waited for her to pick up, she lifted after 3 rings, "hey Rhea!" she squeaked.

"Hi, are you busy?" I asked.

"No, nothing just cooking, what are you doing?" she replied.

"Nothing, got bored and thought I should call you, how is office going?" I said falling on to my bed after a long work day.

"Hectic I must say," she laughed, "but I'm trying to manage."

"how is jiju?"

"He's fine, just came from work," hushing someone in the background.

I smiled, may be they are up to something," okay, will call you later, bye."

"Okay, bye." I cut the call.

I roll on my bed folding myself in sheets, not interested to do anything. I scrolled through my contacts, whom to call.

My fingers stop at someone's number who didn't even message me in the past week.

Should I call him?

What could go wrong in calling him, let's do it. I think to myself and clicked the call button.

I rang several times, he might be busy, he lifted the call before I cut it.

"I'm in the middle of a shoot, I'll call you later", he spoke from the other end.

I banged my head into the pillow before answering, "Hey, sorry for the disturbance, just called to check upon you, bye."

"Rhea?" He asked.

So he didn't even see the caller name?

"Um.., hey," I managed to say.

"I will call you later okay, sorry," He apologized.

"Yeah, it's totally fine, bye," I cut the call before I could embarrass myself even more.

Why why did I even think of calling him!

I screwed it!

"Rhea stop, enough, he's busy and that it, calm down," I said to myself.

I ordered some pizza and put on some movie on Netflix to spend my night alone.

'I bounce to beat of my own drum..'

My ringtone brings me back to life from my dreamland where I have been eating the life out of the barbeque chicken.

I lazily lift the call without even opening my eyes,"hellooo," I said in a sleeping voice.

"Rhea," I heard my name being called by a familiar voice.

I jolt up to see the caller and it's none other that Vikram, I fall back on my bed closing my eyes again.

"What is it with you and waking me up?" I yawned.

He laughed, " Sorry, just wanted to ask if you are free in the afternoon or evening?"

"Why?" I am not at all interested in the topic which disturbed my sleep.

"Just wanted to make up for your call yesterday, so are down for some lunch at BBQ road ?" He questioned.

"Yeah, now let me have my beauty sleep, bye." I wanted to sleep again.
