Rhea's POV

I rushed into the office, I am late, I am not usually late but it freaks me out whenever I did something undisciplined.

I entered my cabin with my fingers crossed assuming my boss isn't here yet, but much to my disappointment he was standing there looking at his watch.

"Sorry sir, had a little trouble with my bike," I lied hoping he doesn't see through it.

"Rhea, in my office now." He walked away from my cabin.

What have I done!!

I knocked on his door, " come in" I heard from inside, as I walked in there were two others standing there.

May be they are all late like me?

"The reason why I called you all here," he sat straightening up his tie," you 3 are interns here right?" I nodded not knowing about others, they too did," so your term is about to finish and to convert you to full time, you will be going through an interview."

My mind stopped working, interview? Again? Wasn't that enough first time where they ate the brains out of my head!

The room went silent, before he started again," so get ready the interview will be in a week, you can go now."

I was dumbstruck, I sat on my chair processing the information he said.

My day went on normally but my brain was on only one word

Interview

I know it's just a normal interview where they ask me about the things I have done in the past 6 months in this company, but still... I am done with my studies I don't want to prepare for any more interviews.

My ringtone brought me back to my senses, it was Vikram, "hey, up for another lunch, there is a new restaurant in the town and my friends said it was great," he said.

"Actually, I can't, I have this.." he cut me in the middle before I could finish.

"It's totally fine, I thought you would like to try some new food," he finished.

"Vikram, I have an interview," I mumbled.

"A what?" he asked.

"Interview," I said loud enough.

"But don't you already have a job?" he questioned.

"I am still an intern, I need to go through an interview to get converted into full time," slouching on my chair.

"We can celebrate in that restaurant after you get a job," he joked.

Ha very funny, now he is enjoying my distraught. I cut his call to make him understand that I am not interested in his jokes.

He called me again," hey sorry, I was just trying to lighten up your mood," he pleaded.

"But again what's the problem, its just an interview and you have been working with them, you do know what they want right?,"he said like it doesn't matter.

I know he's right but my mind is not still ready,"I am tensed," I confessed.

"First calm down, they are just trying to see if you understood them or not, they would be fools to not have you."

I laughed," you are only saying this to lighten my mood."

" Yes, but is there anything more you can do," he waited for my answer, I know the answer is a no but I couldn't say that to him," I think you are thinking the answer is a 'no' ,so don't worry."
