'Where a man's treasure is, his heart is most definitely there'

His fingers lash noisily on the table in an annoying way as he glanced around the library and at his phone for the gazillion times in one minute, surely, patient wasn't one of his fine virtue. Some of the people around the long table where he happen to sit send him disapproving stares as to what he was doing but he neither cares what they think nor does, as he continues drumming on the table way louder than he should.

He sighs and leans back on his seat more to the relief of those around him cause his fingers left the table in peace. He punches in some digit on his phone as he takes a sip from the bottle of water he held with one hand, he presses the little machine to his ear awaiting an answer, an angry voice boom into the phone instantly making him release a low growl.

"Why are you calling me non stop?"

"Some of us have work to attend to other than feasting eyes on some bunch of idle teenagers and old foes for cry out loud" He snaps sending a glare to a teenager who overheard what he'd said.

"I don't suppose that bothers you in any way. Stop calling me every damn minute, I'm some metres away from the library. Try to relax at whatever view you find around you, have fun" She ended the call just as he was about to contradict her words.

He jamb the phone face down on the table and earns warning snarls from an elderly lady who sat across from him on the table and she'd been enduring his tantrum for the past one hour.

"Sorry" He directed it to the lady but his voice lacks the exact meaning of the word that left his lips. He still blames himself for teaming up with her to get back at Lauren for whatever reason which she has concealed from him. A hint into what Lauren might have done to her is what he aims to find out, as far as he is concern, Lauren has counterpart with a lot of people and as such manage to accumulate quite a great numbers of enemies onto her plate.

He decided to at least make use of his eyes till who he was meeting with make an appearance, he wondered why women never keep to the actual fixed time of a meeting. He scans the library and his eyes rested on a group of girls few tables from his drooling over him, their eyes were practically undressing him. His eyes roll on their own accord as he manages to look away from their stares that were enacting a self-consciousness within him.

He is a stunning fine young man, that in itself is indisputable. With all his bad sides, his looks always bail him out of any trouble, one could only agree that even the devil comes in form of an irresistible handsome dude. A body builds like a runway model; all thanks to the gym he constantly visited. His muscles were firm and strong which gives out the impression that he could break anything and anyone that dares to engage him in a fight but in a nutshell, he is as weak and fragile as amoeba, apparently, he had never been in a fight that involves physical exchange of muscles, except in his dreams.

His six-packs were all for show off; and just the right amount of height to stand him out in the crowd, his bright eyes could literally light up a dark room but sadly he couldn't say so for his heart, a light was what he'd needed in that section of his body. His physiques could easily sweep a lady off her feet at one glance and one of those many ladies is Lauren, well, she wasn't bad looking either. On the contrary, she is every man's definition of beauty, there is more to love about Lauren, her smiles were just perfect.

Her charisma and aura always announce her presence. She isn't just beautiful but a beauty with brains and recently her attitude has greatly deteriorated. Her personality was what invoke the feelings in him at first sight, he'd thought love, at first sight, was a word design by the Casanovas but seeing Lauren that day had proved him wrong.
