It's has been about 10 mins since the incident and the team are out everywhere looking for Monica. Monica is drifting in and out of consciousness but she can hear someone running up to her.
"Monica!" Adam calls out running towards her
"This is detective Adam Ruzek, I'm gonna need you to roll and ambo to our location" Adam says through the radio
All the team then spot Adam and run up. He has his hands on Monica's stomach to try and stop the bleeding. Monica is gasping for air when the team notice Gabby and Brett pull up. They run over and gabbys face drops when she notices that it's Monica. Gabby then puts some gauze over the stab wound and puts an oxygen mask over Monica's mouth. They load her up in the ambo and blue light her to Chicago med. when they arrive they fill Maggie in on what's happend and she tells them to go to treatment room 4. Minutes later Dr.Choi and Dr.Halstead run in. They check Monica over
"We need to get her into surgery" Dr.Choi says Before taking Monica up the stairs leaving gabby shocked at what's just happened.
Gabby goes up into the waiting room surrounded by truck 81, then intelligence team then arrive.
"Where is she?" Antonio asks
"She's in surgery" Gabby says
"How could I let this happen" Antonio says sitting down
"It wasn't your fault!" Voight says
After about 2 hours Dr.Choi walks out and everyone stands up
"How is she" Antonio asks
"We managed to get the knife out of her stomach and she is stable but in the ICU" Dr.Choi says
"Can we see her" Gabby asks
"Only close family" Dr.Choi says
"We're her brother and sister" Gabby answers
"Go right ahead then" Dr.Choi says
Gabby and Antonio walk in and see Monica's unconscious body lying on a bed linked up to tons of machines. Antonio feels really guilty
"As her partner I should have went with her!" Antonio says
"Hey you had other people to worry about" Gabby says putting a hand on his shoulder
They sit there for a while talking to Monica about there childhood even though she's unconscious. There about to leave when the monitor starts beeping
"We need a doctor in here!" Antonio shouts as Dr.Choi comes running in
"She's bleeding again! We need to get her back into surgery!" Dr.Choi says
"Stay with us Monica!" Gabby shouts
Dr.Choi then takes Monica back to surgery
