Chapter 27- Helping a hostage and going to prom

It's the next morning and Monica has managed to find Rachel's parents so she drops her off and heads to the district.
"Hey Sarg? I've got a favour to ask?" Monica says knocking on the door
"Yeah?" Voight says
"So as you are aware me and Adam met a girl last night who had just escaped from being held hostage. And it's her prom on Saturday but we have advised her not to go as it's not safe" Monica says
"And?" Voight says bored
"Well I thought we could give her an escort! But with the intelligence cars! They could ride in one and I'll be at the dance supervising her the whole night!" Monica says smiling
"That sounds like a great idea but your not going alone...Jay can go!" Voight says
"Great! I'll ask him now!" Monica says walking out
"Ohh I have to see this tell me when your doing it!" Voight shouts
"Will do!" Monica shouts back
Monica then makes a poster saying will you go to prom with me and she tells Voight that she is gonna do it
"Jay Halstead! I have a very Important question to ask you! And can't say no because Voight has told you to do it!" Monica says laughing
"So will you go to prom with me?" Monica says laughing
"I sure will!" Jay says laughing back
"You have to wear a suit!" Monica says laughing
It's the night of the prom and Jay has just come to pick Monica up. She opens the door and he is in a black suit
"Very fancy" Monica says
"Why thank you! The cars are waiting outside" Jay says
They make there way down and Monica can see 3 intelligence unit cars and 3 police cars
"So we're gonna go in between them all and then we will stay at the dance!" Monica says getting in the car
They drive to Rachel's house and they get there 2 hours earlier.
"Get dressed!" Monica says
"What?" Rachel says
"Go and get ready for prom! Just go and don't ask questions!" Monica says as Rachel goes to get ready
2 hours later Rachel appears at the door. She is wearing a baby pink gown with pink makeup and her hair is tied up.
"You know I can't go to this thing!" Rachel says
"I don't even have a way to get there" Rachel says
"About that!" Monica says as all the cars drive up
"Oh my goodness! You didn't! Thank you Monica!" Rachel says hugging her
"Let's get you to prom!" Monica says opening the door
They arrive at the dance and everyone is shocked when they see all he cop cars and are even more shocked to see Rachel get out
"Now go and enjoy your night! Me and Jay will be right here if you need us!" Monica says
"Thank you so much Monica!" Rachel says as she walks in
"You did good!" Jay says
"I know! But can you say that one more time for a can get it on video?" Monica says laughing
"Very funny!" Jay says hitting her shoulder
