Palette was awakened by the presence of the Galaxy Phoenix. Palette knew Goth wasn't sleeping, but following the Phoenix and using the same magic, they used in the past, he could create a space in the dream world where they could meet, even without sleep. While in the past he made these meetings don't existent in front of Dream, now he made sure to create the space so, Dream can't tell that Goth was not actually sleeping or dreaming. Because visiting Goth's dream, was less suspicious than disappearing...
Error / Goth was waiting for him, leaning against a tree on the edge of a clearing in Floratale's forest, looking at the sky...
– Gothy! – with an enthusiastic smile, still playing Palette role.

– Gothy! – Nightmare / Palette shouted before jumped hugged him. Nightmare / Palette hesitated a little as he let him go, knowing how much self-control he needed to not react badly to the sudden hug... No matter how many times they have hugged since they met, this wasn't a problem that could be treated so easily ... That's why he was surprised when Error / Goth hugged him.

it reminded Error / Goth of his time in the Anti-Void. Error / Goth never really told anyone about this period of his life... The Voices, who were locked in the Anti-Void with him, were the only ones who knew about... But he never told them exactly how he felt about...
