Skyflower trembled with the flowers in his palm while Shard patted his back supportively. Faith placed a wreath of flowers on his head with compassionate tenderness. Skyflower flinched at the touch of the petals and the image of the flowers in his palm floating in blood overwrote reality as the meadow filled with the bodies of his loved ones twisted by the flowers appeared. The figure of his brother suffocated by sunflower's reached out to him with broken bones, silently screaming for help as his body turned to dust by the blossom. With terror in his eyes, Skyflower reached for the figure of his dying brother. Despite the distance, the mere movement was enough to behead it reminding him of what he had done.

His brother turned to dust with the bitter spark of betrayal in his eyes. Skyflower let out a broken and defeating scream. His fingers dug into his own skull and the flowers scattered into his lap as he burst into hysterical and insane laughter, his magic sparking menacingly as Shard embraced him. And Faith covered the memory-triggering plants in his field of vision with a purple blanket.

– Poison – Shard gently helped him come back from the illusion. Skyflower laughed bitterly at the irony of the name he had chosen for himself.

– Would you like to go inside? – Astronomy offering an origami paper. Shaking his head, Skyflower began to fold on origami while Faith and Astronomy took a seat in front of him to block the view of nature.

– Would you like to talk about it? – Palette touching his shoulder in a gentle voice.

– They have all blossomed, you all will do too, – Skyflower struggling with his swirling emotions.

 – No one is going to bloom anymore! – With a supportive firmness in his voice, Shard forced him to look into his eyes

– No one is going to bloom anymore! – With a supportive firmness in his voice, Shard forced him to look into his eyes.

– But the fight is far from over... – Skyflower recognizing the difference in their trauma, hugged him. Understanding the meaning of the words and the gesture, Shard himself felt the weight of the dead clinging to his clothes becoming a calm sea of flowers. The peace they gave each other was only temporary and they both knew that the mark of their actions has inevitably become their part.
