This urban legend is about a very old creepy woman known as soap Sally.She target young children who have run away from and eventually like two days after they'd gone missing,she turns them into soap.She kills them first and then she grind the children's bodies up,so then she can make her soap.She uses their fat and bones. This is special special kind of soap in her eyes. She has been described as an old woman that wears so much makeup like she is total fake face or she is also described as a man dressed as a woman,disguising himself as an old woman and calling himself as a soap sally.She sells the soap to the victim's parents.So soap sally go away in towns in search of runaway children.
