I was surprised to see how easily she agreed to 900,000 Ruld...did I perhaps get something really bad? I didn't even bother Appraising it....and why is shopkeeper-san looking at me like I'll die soon?

I didn't understand until after I used Appraisal on the sword, then her reaction only seemed normal given the situation.

Demonic Blade of The Maou (The wielder of this sword have the ability to transform themselves into a Maou after the blade has been drawn. After the blade is drawn, if sheathed without drawing blood, then the wielder will have his mind invaded by the spirit of the Demon King.) (If user holds the mental resistance skill at max lvl. then the possession will not take effect.)

My eyes almost popped out of my head.....I really need to thank that goddess for these cheat abilities....

After studying my new sword for a few silent moments, I confronted the shopkeeper. "So...you didn't make this cursed blade did you?"

After the words left my mouth, the girl stiffened and you could see her sweating...perhaps she thinks I will tell the guards that she was in possession of such a dangerous weapon. After she wouldn't answer my question, I decided to use my Appraisal on her and see if I could learn something about this seemingly innocent girl.

"Hmmmm....Demon Princess huh? Then why were you still going to allow someone to take this cursed sword? When you obviously know it is cursed..." She seemed a little shocked that I had figured out her true Identity.

It seems she wasn't able to view any of my skills since I kept my skills list hidden just in case someone with the Appraisal skill decided to get a little too nosy. Although, there could just be different versions of Appraisal like how her skill is just called Appraisal but mine is called Eye of God. Which means someone with the same skill as mine, would be able to see through my hidden information....hmmm....let's hope I don't run into someone like that.

Another princess huh? When I looked back to Elise, she was visibly shaking and looking at me with fear in her eyes....She probably assumed that I would turn her in to the Kingdom when I left this shop.

Turning her in sounds like a pain, and I just don't want that kind of attention. So perhaps I should just pretend I don't know who she is....yeah let's just go with that...

"Hmmm....what was I talking about? Sorry I have bad short-term memory....anyway thanks for the sword Shopkeeper-san!" I said while trying my best to look confused. After I spoke that it seems that she calmed down a little but was still very much on edge.

After we got Sana a decent magic staff, we said our goodbyes to Elise and I assured her that her secret was safe with us. I told her that it'll remain a secret as long as she promised to treat us well, the next time we came to her shop. She agreed to it immediately.

Like that, I got a cursed sword for cheap, and a personal blacksmith. Sana was able to get a magic staff, and some light armor which actually looked cute on her. I never got any armor myself, but I can worry about that at a later date.

I should be able to substitute my lack of armor with body strengthening spells, and a Water Shield. For now the remaining 80,000 Ruld will be put towards a decent inn, and then basic adventurer's supplies.

I have to pay my respects to the Guild house....it's not much of a house, with how large it is. It would be accurate to consider this place a Guild Castle, I didn't notice when we were outside the place but it's actually a lot larger that it seemed it would be.

Near the entrance/exit of the Guild Facilities there was a small little kiosk, which I could guess was for people new to the town. Sana and I went up the information kiosk and asked for any inns that were cheap and had good food.

"Well there is one Inn, for 2 people it would be around 60,000 - 70,000 Ruld, meals included, the owner can sometimes get a little....rough....with adventurer's that don't show him respect though..." Explained the male attendant.

"As long as the beds are decent and the food is tasty then I am sure that I will have no quarrels with the innkeeper." I stated, and Sana tagged on with a cute little, "Un!"

He gave us directions to the inn, which he called the 'The Golden Hog' and we said our goodbye's. It seems that we'll be seeing the brother and sister, that we saved, once again in the same day. It'll be interesting to try the food at the inn that they work at.
