I know at first we chose to just follow the Orc Hunters until they returned to camp, but they were taking forever. I would guess that they were still at the beginning of their hunt when we found them, but after waiting for them to return back to the others, we got pretty bored and decided to kill them instead and just find our way to the camp. The Orcs are taller than an average human male, and are around 183cm tall. However, they give off a 'unique' scent, that smells like a dying skunk that can't stop spraying.

After killing the Orcs we dug the cores out of their chests, since we'll need to turn these in for the request. Now the request just said to take care of 10 Orcs, and since there were two of us, we were asked if we could do 20 Orcs if possible, however if not then 10 would be enough. However, since we will be raiding the Orc camps in the forest, I think its safe to say that we'll be bringing in more than 20.

Once we collected the cores, we stored them in my leather bag. I didn't really wanna cheat during this quest, but we got pretty bored, so I activated my 'Eye of the Gods' and looking for the mana signatures that resemble the Orcs, I began walking in that direction. Sana was following right behind me, but something was off about the mana signatures. There were a lot of them...enough to where it couldn't keep track of the individual Orc. The mana kind of looks like a cloud of pollution over a city, where you can see it all but can't tell which part of the pollution comes from which factory.

It was like a large cloud of blue, that got bigger the closer we got to it, and in the center there was some slight discoloration. It seems there is something else within this Orc Settlement. It's possible it could be an Orc that evolved into the Orc Chieftain, although I won't know until we encounter the entity.

Coming up on the large Orc Settlement, we hid ourselves and concealed our presence. Looking over the Settlement, I could tell there were enough for a small army. What were they all doing collecting here? Orcs shouldn't be smart enough to organize like this on their own...not even an Orc Chieftain should be able to make them this organized. They're all wearing leather armor, and equipping themselves with swords, spears, and clubs. It all looks rusted, but they are still able to group together like this. It would be suicide for them all to move on the City, considering how large the city is I wouldn't doubt that it could easily defend itself without the adventurer's guild while sustaining only minimal losses.

This all must have something to do with that abnormal signature I picked up when we were coming up on the Orcs. We should report our findings after we finish taking out all the orcs here, and return to the city.

Watching over the Orcs arming themselves, I noticed not all of them grabbed normal weapons. There were some that held staffs, that must mean a few of these Orcs can use magic. An Orc mage is supposed to be pretty rare, since they need a high intelligence to cast spells. If I had to guess, all these weapons and staffs must be from adventurers, and bandits that they killed over time. With the Orc mages then its possible that Arendall will sustain extensive damage and heavy casualties.

I would prefer to jump into the fray right now, and begin eliminating the Orcs, however my instincts are screaming to wait. I should see if I can figure out what's organizing this large army of Orcs, and how they were able to keep such large numbers hidden from the eyes of the city.

I put my hand on Noroi's handle and communicate with her using telepathy.

[Hey Noroi...any idea what could cause all these Orcs to come together like this?] (Sora)

[Hmmm.....although I would prefer to be wrong, but since I'm sure you could handle it...there is one thing that could do it. I believe that a Demon Lord's General could be preparing to attack that city you were at.] (Noroi)
