In what felt like the blink of an eye, September first was here and I am packing some final things in my multi-compartment chest. Hedwig was on her perch and Sal on the bed, looking at me in amusement.

~You are in a great mood to finally be able to go to Hogwarts.~

~I am. I'm not, however, very exited about the fact that I will be too close to old Dumbledore. That man is a manipulative bastard.~

'Then it's a good thing you can see right through him.'

Turning my head I see Thanatos leaning against the door and giving me a devilish smile. Rolling my eyes I closed the chest and looked at Hedwig. "Do you want to ride in the train with me or meet me in Hogwarts?"

She hoots and gives me caring nips on my ear as I pet her chest before she flies out the window. "Guess that answers that."

With a wave of my hand the chest shrunk and I put it in my pocket. 'Will you be around as much while in Hogwarts Thanatos?'

'Yes, I will. I told you remember, you won't be alone anymore.'

I smile as he walks to me and hugs me. It's been a long time since he's hugged me and I have to say I've missed his hugs.

'Come Bella, Minerva is waiting for you to eat and send you on the way.'

Nodding, I put my arm out for Sal and she quickly climbs up and curls around me. ~Mind if I put a slight charm so only I can see, hear and feel you Sal?~

~Not at all Bella.~

I do so and smile as I feel and see the magic take effect. Since Sev gave me the potions for my eyes I can see better than ever and I've been able to study the books in parseltongue without my eyes hurting either. Not to mention studying and even being able to practice some of the things in Death's book has made me stronger and I can feel my magic singing from it.

Walking towards the dining room, I find Minnie already dressed in her teaching robes. "Good morning Minnie -- I mean Prof. McGonagall."

She chuckles at me before she calls for her own elf, Toby for breakfast to be served. "When we are alone and in private you can still call me Minnie. Same applies to Severus."

I nod and start to eat happily, having more than enough time to head towards Platform 9 3/4. Finishing with some tea, I make my way towards the foyer and wait for Minnie. She followed soon after and took some Floo powder in hand looks at me with a smile before throwing it to the flames and calling out King's Cross Station.

~Sal I am about to use the Floo, hold on tight and don't move around.~

She tightens her hold on me before I follow after Minnie.

One dizzying trip later, I appear in front of the iconic scarlet steam locomotive train.

I smile and keep looking at it and move closer before looking at Minnie with a wide smile. "This is amazing."

"Indeed it is. Now I want you to know something Bella. No matter what House you end up in, Severus and I will be there for you. Don't be afraid to come to us for help or advice."

"Thank you Minnie. I know and thank you for letting me know and being there for me." Looking around I give her a quick yet strong hug, which she returned before taking a step back. "I better should board the train and you have to be going. I'll see you in Hogwarts!" With that I quickly made my way to the train and found an empty compartment near the center back.
