There's an exam today I had completely forgotten about.
When was the last time I went to class? I don't even know where the classroom is. What about the research paper and the presentation? I don't remember doing them. And if I haven't done any of them, I'm for sure going to fail this course. But I can't fail.
Breathe, I tell myself. Let's think this through.
It's just a class. One failure isn't the end of the world.
Wait, that can't be right. I've finished school... haven't I?
The scene around me dissolves as my eyes open to the dark.
It's not the class I'm failing.
