PART 39 - Celebrations

Finally after a lot of dancing they Welcomed ganpati bappa in their home. Manik was carrying the little idol whereas the big idol was brought by the people hired for it.

Manik - GANPATI BAPPA

ALL - MORYA

Laksh - GANPATI BAPPA

All - MORYA

They kept the idols in the Mandap.

Ragini - panditji hum ganpati bappa kaa face kab dekh paaenge

Panditji looked at the watch

Panditji - bs 5 min mein. Aaplog tab tak aarti ki tayaari kar dijiye.

Nyo - ji panditji, yeh dekhiye saari saamagri yaha rakhi hai aap bs ek baar check kar lijiye aur kuch chahiye toh!

Panditji looked at the things.

Panditji - jii yaha toh kumkum hi nahi hai

Manik - ohh shit woh toh mere room mein hi reh gya.

Raj - manik kya karte ho tum. Jao jaldi le aao

Manik - jii dad

He ran upstairs and quickly brought the kumkum.

Pandit - jii baaki sab theek hai.

Finally it was time to lift the cloth.
Panditji lifted the cloth up giving a heavenly view of bappa.

Panditji - GANPATI BAPPA

All - MORYA!!

Finally the Aarti began.
Nyonika and Raj did the aarti together followed by swarna manish then it was Manik and Nandini's turn. They came forward. The duppata slipped from nandini's hair so she adjusted it again while manik took the aarti thal. Nandini joined him by holding his hand. They had a short eyelock while a smile never left their faces. Both closed their eyes and made same wish.

MaNan - Bappa hume please kabhi ek dusre se alag mat karna! Aur Laksh ko bilkul theek kardo.

They then forwarded the thal to laksh. He did Aarti and made a wish.

Laksh - Bappa please hum sabko khush rakhna aur aise hi har pal saath rakhna. Aur Ragini aur meri bich yeh joh pyaar waali nok jhok hai woh kabhi bandh naa ho.

He forwarded the thal to Ragini which she happily took and did aarti.

Ragini - Bhagwaanji aap bs Laksh ko theek kardo aur kuch nahi chahiye mujhe.

Swarna - Bappa meri Laado ko toh aapki kripa (blessings) se itna acha jeevan sathi mila hai bs meri ragu ke liye bhi aisa hi ladka dhundna.

Manish - Bappa aaj meri princess ki shaadi ki date pkki hone waali hai please usse duniya ki saari khushiyaan aur apna ashirwaad dena. Bhagwaan kare uske sasural waale usse humse zyaada pyaar de. ( a tear dropped from his eyes while he quickly wiped it off)

Ragini passed the thali to other people like all their friends.

Nyonika - Bappa mere laadle ko jaldi se theek kardo.

Raj - Bappa mere dono baccho ko khub tareeki dena.

Finally the aarti was over. Manik and Nandini were about to take blessings of elders but stopped hearing voice from the door.

Person - Titu, Tilu

Manik and laksh jumped in happiness hearing the voice. Manik ran towards the person while even laksh tried to reach through his wheelchair as soon as possible. Manik reached first and hugged them screaming while others looked on.
