"Can we put up Christmas decorations now?" You asked
"We just celebrated Halloween yesterday." Taylor said.
"Yeah it's November 1st. Halloween is officially over. So it's Christmas now." You said.
Taylor laughed, "You are right. Let's go find the decorations in storage somewhere."
You and Taylor looked through the boxes in storage and found all of the Christmas decorations for inside and the fake tree.
You and Taylor put the tree together and up it up.
"Oh I know what else we need." You said and dug through more boxes to find the pine smelling air freshener and put it inside the three on one of the branches.
"That's a great idea Y/N!" Taylor said.
"Now it can smell like a real tree." You said.
You and Taylor finished putting up the decorations inside and sat on the couch.
"It looks very festive in here now." Taylor said.
"It is." You said.
"We can decorate the outside of the house tomorrow if you want. We need to look through more of the boxes to find everything." Taylor said.
"Yes. I know what else we can do now." You said.
"Make cookies." You said.
"I love that idea." Taylor said and went into the kitchen.
