Summary:

Same author with Please Spare Me a Tail. Personally I like PSMT more or probably because I already read 3 apocalypse novels and began to get bored. I like the opening part but towards the end I felt bored and skipped some chapters. Near the end the plot is shifting to cultivation, ghost like, that's when I felt it become absurd.
MC is a famous doctor with 5 abilities. Her world is 300 years after apocalypse/ML world. MC idolized ML who was a hero during the apocalypse. His deed was erased by the first president after apocalypse. The first president Zhou Yan used ML fame to get elected then dominate the country until 5 generations. ML was a special soldier, during apocalypse he lost his friends and finally died by exploding himself.
In MC world people with 5 abilities died young because they can't stabilize the abilities. MC can live until 20 yo and become legend. Many institute want her to die so they can research MC body. MC then went to ML world after she died. She still have 5 abilities. She possessed a college girl body who has the same name as her. She then promise the original body a wish in exchange of her body. MC then tried to find ML. She met him near a college. ML got task to save a grandson of commander or general. MC then told ML about the ability. She then teach the other new supernatural people. She saved ML friend from zombie virus in exchange of her hand. She cut her own hand after curing ML friend. ML began to like MC. MC still thought ML has relationship with his male bestfriend Bai Cheng because there's a lot fan fiction on MC world making them CP since ML explode himself not long after BC died.
MC become a doctor and treat a lot of people. Her ability is wood to heal, gold, water, earth and fire. At first the other only knew the wood and gold. Then in emergency MC use earth power making her 3 abilities known. The capital want to take MC and research her. ML began to build his own troops to protect MC. BC told MC that ML is incline staying in military because of his adopted father. ML father was a traitor. ML mother is from poor village, she was saved by an organization. She then asked to marry ML father who was a soldier. ML mother didn't know that the organization is a drug dealer. She fell in love with ML father. Then ML mother was kidnapped, ML father betrayed the military to save ML mother and killed 132 people. ML mother suicide when ML father is executed. ML was adopted by his father friend. Later ML found out that his adopted father ask ML old friend to supervise him and kill him if ML become a traitor. MC said that ML adopted father use ML talent in military but at the same time wary if ML betrayed the country.
Then the novel went into the bored part. It's about MC and ML expanding territory, leveling up, build base etc. Toward the end there's a taoist who said MC stealing luck. ML captured him. The taoist commit suicide because his ability is soul extraction after death. He then went to his family a taoist group and said MC is evil. The taoist group believe him and try to expell MC from the body. Then the original body, I'll say OMC also back in MC consciousness, she demand her own body. OMC know she can survive because MC promise her a wish. She tried to delay the time to make her soul more powerful while MC soul become weaker. MC then tried to destroy both soul and forced OMC to make a wish. She wished MC to take care her parent and make then live a good life.
OMC said her parent are greedy people. She still wished MC failed so OMC can take over her body. Then MC and ML make OMC parent live a good life and expel OMC. OMC met the taoist group. The taoist group also convinced by her that MC is evil. They use 700 people as sacrifice and successfully expel MC aka MC died during her wedding with ML. ML become madman.
Then the cultivation part. MC teacher from the future, it's unknown who he is, told ML that his world and MC world is parallel not a past and future so even if ML live for 300yo, he won't meet MC since she is not born in his world. The teacher told him to make the world more powerful so the world rule can accept MC. MC is deemed as powerful existence that may cause issues so the world rule make her died.
MC soul wandering into a tree. ML then tried to improve his ability and cultivate animals and plants. MC possessed a mice and met ML. ML realize the mice is MC. MC need to change body repeatedly because she sucked the body energy and may make them dead. ML studied to get space ability. He then transport to MC world, 300 years before where ML still exist. I skipped this part, it seems ML saw himself explode. ML just waiting for MC to born and died then he took her body back to his own world.
For the closing, another ML went into their world. I'll say OML. OML is the one from MC world past, the one MC idolized. OML ask MC what she'll do if he insist to stay in current world and replace ML. MC said that he and ML are different, they are not the same people since they live in parallel world. She felt guilty because she can't save her idol. This is the part that I felt it was too forced.
In the end OML followed MC teacher into a cultivation world?! While MC and ML happily married.
