Summary:
Sheng Xia woke up to find herself transmigrated into a Sweet and Pampered stepmother story. Through a system, she learned that in the future, she would participate in a family-oriented reality show as the female lead’s foil. Not only would she be criticized as a terrible stepmother across the internet, but she would also have a tragic ending.
The Rebellious stepson is a star in Entertainment Industry, The Charming younger Brother-in-law attracts numerous admirers too busy to even go home, and The introverted Little sister-in-law engrossed in painting not wanting to leave her room. Even the Two Little ones are afraid to appear in front of her. The Wealthy Husband rarely returns home, remaining indifferent and stating that she can treat him as if he doesn’t exist.

Just as Sheng Xia, who returned from the apocalypse, wanted to lie low and enjoy life, the system forced her to maintain the original owner’s character and advance the plot to complete tasks.

Sheng Xia looked innocent, covering her chest delicately, “Oh, what are you saying?” The stepson’s expression distorted, gritting his teeth, “No, nothing at all —”
The charming younger brother smirked, squinting his peach blossom eyes, “So it’s Sister-in-law —” Sheng Xia held her head, swaying as if about to collapse, her lips pale.
The younger brother-in-law dutifully brought tea and water, “Well, sister-in-law, since you just had a car accident, you should rest. Just tell me if you need anything; I can still help.”
The introverted sister resisted, “Don’t, don’t talk to me.” Sheng Xia manipulated the wheelchair to move slowly away, her figure more desolate than the others. The little sister-in-law hesitated and caught up, “Do you, do you want to see my paintings?”
The twin siblings in unison, “Wicked stepmother —” Sheng Xia lazily embraced them, feeling drowsy. The blushing little ones buried in her soft embrace, “Bullying is not allowed…”
Original female lead: “Do you know why your husband never comes home? He actually has someone he likes — I lied to you!” Sheng Xia, preparing to faint with skilled movements, suddenly opened her eyes wide. Original female lead: “…Can’t you be more skilled at pretending!!!”

And when the Wealthy Husband returned home, he found that everyone in the family had been fooled. Even a slightly louder voice would bring condemning looks from the younger siblings, blaming him for not being considerate of Sheng Xia. Recalling Sheng Xia’s latest health report, the husband addressed the assistant, “…?” She is clearly healthy, where is the illness?

Shortly after. The workaholic husband declined the dinner, calmly explaining, “There’s a beautiful and delicate wife at home who needs my attention. Excuse me.” Everyone: … ?!
Review:
I enjoyed reading this story. MC is witty. The part I like is everyone has their own weakness and not too OP. ML only show up a little, their romance time also near the end and not much. Big part is about MC child rearing.
MC transmigrated from apocalypse. She sacrificed herself to save the base. Then the system brought her to modern world. The system asked her to replace cannon fodder character, OFL stepsister. OMC ending is miserable so MC refuse it. The system then relent and let her change minor plot and she might changer her ending. In the end the system was coaxed by MC and let her do as she please.
OMC married ML because she is jealous with OFL who married OML from wealthy family. Both OMC and OFL become stepmother. OML has a 5 yo son from his ex-wife. ML has 3 children, all not his own. 1st son is nephew of his sister in law. ML brother and sister in law died in accident. Leaving behind their mix twin children and the nephew.
ML also has younger brother and sister. Younger brother helps ML in company while the sister is a shut in painter. ML married OMC because he was saved by OMC real mother.
MC then starts by playing with the twin. She fired the nanny who keep refusing the 1st son, Feng Jingxu to get close to the twin. MC also helps ML brother to avoid trap from OML family. In the plot he'll get cheated to sign bad contract. Then MC rescue him and making OML family suffer losses.
OFL got a dream about the plot. So she tried to follow it. But she doesn't realize that MC changed.
MC also plotting ML sister to get her out. MC is clever in talking so everyone will always follow what she wants. ML family get closer to MC while ML still working abroad.
He then came back and apologize for his mistake who didn't take care the children.
MC join variety show about mom and child. OFL also join with her stepson. In the plot, OMC will join with the twin but was mocked. MC forced FJ to join with the twin. The other family also get close to MC during the filming.
Large parts of the story is about filming. Not much conflict with OFL.
ML began to like MC. He felt MC tried to save the family but she keeps sacrificing herself and didn't trust the other to take care of her. MC also realize her shortcoming. She then slowly rely on ML. In the end they become real couple.
OML family is ruined, he drag OFL down. The stepson was taken by his real mother aka OML exwife.
