Summary:

Review:
It starts good, with usual switched at birth routine and evil family. There are some other conflicts but from the mid toward ends, it was all about MC and ML fluffy romance and other char romance. It makes the story a bit bland, I skipped a lot since there's no more conflicts. It just like long extra chapters. MC and ML OP become more absurd toward the end.
MC in her real life also switched at birth accidentally. She is the fake daughter in rich family. But her rich family doesn't care about her, her parent often restrict her. While the true daughter was loved by MC biological parent. Once both parent knew the truth, they all prefer the other daughter and doesn't care about MC.
MC then transmigrate as ML wife. MC knew that ML is switched at birth maliciously by his current mother. She thought she can live with him until he is found by his real family.
MC family in this world dote on her. She has 3 older brother. ML is the youngest in his family, he has 3 older brother and a sister. All married and have children.
OML and OFL are student in ML and MC village. OFL is a reborn, she prevent OML saving MC so ML is the one who marry MC. ML should become the villain in original plot after he knows that OML and he was switched at birth.
MC and ML live happily. They studied on neighbor village, then implement it on their own village. ML can drive tractor, carving, hunting, genius in learning. MC is good at cooking, sewing, dancing, drawing.
ML was abused by his mother. His mother is partial to 2nd son. Making the other daughter in law resent her. The 1st son came back and ask for separation with the family since he was discharged from military and want to take in 3 children. The family agreed to separate the 1st and ML family. The 3rd daughter in law is still pregnant, she insist on separating but 3rd son doesn't want to. The daughter in law divorced him and abort the child which supposed to be a son. The 3rd son become depressed after that.
MC and ML told the truth of switched birth when the family is about to be separated. MC and ML went back to MC natal house. Then 2nd brother from real family (Jiang) come and ask ML and MC to come back.
They all went to Jiang home including OML. Jiang family is a military family. Jiang mother only concern with OML so MC and ML didn't want to admit ML real parent as their parent. ML and MC got close to Jiang grandparent.
ML mother regret it, she keep thinking about MC who said she treat OML as her treasure but OML mother said she should strangle ML to death. At least OML mother prefer her own son while she only cared raising other people child instead of her own biological children.
ML join the army, MC join art and dance troupe. MC gave surprised to ML. There are small conflicts such as MC roommate who brag as military family but turns out only a distant relative. She also mock MC and ML who come from country. MC expose her relation with the military family to other roommates then she just fade away.
OML also join army but can't success like ML. OFL stayed in the village and still waiting opportunity to resume college. OML and OFL didn't become couple.
ML was chosen as pilot. Then after training he was sent to capital to learn how to build a plane?! He also learn chinese medicine during MC pregnancy. Toward the end it seems he also writes novel.
MC is kinda bland. Her skill also show up suddenly. In real life she is interested in dancing but due to the rich family, she didn't learn it deeply. Then in current life, OMC who should be never dancing in her life, suddenly able to join the arts troupe exam in 1 go without any practice. I thought at least she would dedicate to dancing. But no, there was time when it was said MC only treat dancing as hobby and didn't pursue it too much. There's also time MC loves design and drawing. It just keep changing. Toward the end she open factory and magazine company.
There's snippet that MC think ML look like her ex fiancee in real life. But then no further explanation. ML grandma from his mother also has some conflict in the family but it only explain the problem without any more conclusion. It gave details on ML mother family (Xie). ML grandma has 3 son and 1 daughter. The 2nd son who is said looks similar with ML, died young. The 3rd family separate themselves. The 1st family took care ML grandma to cheat the family property. They suspect ML will take claim so he used Xie name. I thought there will be some hidden scheme when it explain the 1st family is shock when they meet ML because he looks similar to 2nd son. But ML mother who is said loves her 2nd brother the most didn't react much with their similarities. After so much trouble explaining the family tree, there's no more interaction. They just met 2 times.
In the end MC and ML got a twin, a son and daughter. The extra or the boring parts are about ML siblings finding their partner after visiting ML.
