▶ The Astronaut ~ Jin

"It's been a week! Why wouldn't he answer me? He's never been mad at me for so long!"

Jungkook paced around the living room, hopelessly.

"You know what? I'm going to Paris."

Jimin choked on his cereal and coughed, drinking water. He sighed, gulping air greedily. It was too early for a tantrum.

"Are you crazy?!" he rolled his eyes.

"I've had enough. He needs to know the truth and that I am going crazy here waiting for him to pickup my calls or initiate a conversation. I'll go next weekend."

Jimin cracked a small smile at the impulsive younger. He was playing with his lip piercing, eyebrows drawn together in a frown.

"Kook, you realise you need a Visa to travel? And it's not as easy to get a whole ass flight ticket for cheap? Just... think about this before you do anything crazy. You have your thesis and your work, you can't just drop everything and leave for France!"

Jungkook groaned.

"I'm going to apply for a tourist Visa right fucking now. I don't care how long it takes to get it, I want to see Taehyung."

He got his laptop and got to work. Jimin watched him determinedly fill out the requirements for the application. He scanned his documents on his phone and uploaded them to the website.

"If Yoongi was here, he'd have done everything in a day!" Jungkook sighed, once he had finished the basics. "He wouldn't even hesitate."

Jimin smiled at his pouty bestfriend.

"Yeah. Yoongi's connections were literally something else. Sometimes I wonder how he managed to be so calm when there were probably fifteen hundred things running in his head at a time."

Jungkook nodded. Yoongi was fucking amazing. He was like this... safety net for everything. If Namjoon couldn't help, he was always sure Yoongi would find a way. He missed the gummy smile more than he let on...

"I still can't believe Yoonie is not here. Sometimes I'll think of him coming back from work and kissing me like always. I miss him every second of the day."

Jungkook hugged him, completely understanding. He missed Tae every second of the day too. It's not like the separation was comparable.... he wasn't insensitive to do that. But it still sucked the same.

"It's alright Jiminie. It's fine to miss him. He probably misses you too, alone on some star. Or maybe he's already made friends with the star people - he was proficient at networking."

Jimin chuckled, thankful for the tiny bit of distraction Jungkook offered. His parents didn't mind him staying at the penthouse as long as he visited once a week.

Jungkook felt less lonely with him there. Otherwise he was sure he would have already gone crazy this week as Tae refused to speak to him.

"Jungkook... I'm meeting Yoongi's mom today for dinner," Jimin said, pulling away from the hug.

"That's great. Isn't it?"

"She... called me yesterday when I was at the dance academy. She wants to speak to me. I don't know about what so I'm a bit nervous."

"Why are you nervous?! I mean, she always treated you like her own son."
