Prologue

The sound of swords clashing, explosions everywhere, war cries echoed in the air, blood splattered on the ground. In a barren land without life, a group of humans are fighting against other groups with an unequal number, in the middle of the barren land, a large building with high-tech defense stands firm in the midst of war.

In front of the solid wall, there was the battle of the two people with great destruction all around them. The two people were a man with long black hair and red eyes with a sword of light in his hand and a man with gray hair and black white eyes who was holding a black iron spear covered in thick mana.

'Overseer the actions you did are beyond human reason, it's time to pay for your sins.' The man said while grinding his teeth.

'You've interfered with Project:ARK's plans too much, Naku... you must die now.' The grown man glared at him and pointed his spear at him.

Overseer advanced at lightning speed and in the instant of being in front of him, Naku swiftly swung his sword and parried the spear aimed at his stomach. Naku's light sword and the overseer's spear clashed and made an explosion and sent both of them flying in different directions, the Overseer smashed into the solid wall of the building and Naku was blown away from the direction of the building, Naku landed on the ground and looked at the Overseer who was preparing for his next attack.

'...I have to destroy that wall.' Naku thought as he poured mana into his blade.

'No need to worry Naku, Elidia will do it.' The sound echoed in Naku's mind and relieved him.

'Good Nano, I can focus on fighting Overseer now.' He answered the sound and prepared to attack the Overseer.

Overseer then threw his mana-coated spear and made the ground around the line where the spear passed break apart and burn, Naku tightly gripped his sword and swung his blade forward and sent slashes of light flying towards the spear that was flying towards him at the speed of sound. The two collided and caused an explosion between the two of them and destroyed everything in the area, Overseer quickly ran and took back his spear that was blown away by the explosion and thrust it towards Naku, but suddenly he was blown away by a large explosion from inside the wall and made the wall destroyed.

"Looks like Elidia has destroyed the wall, now I just need to summon that person to start the attack." He thought as he sees the explosion.

'VELI! NOW!' He shouted into the air loudly.

His screams echoed through the air and a huge explosion occurred from the ground making the ground tremble and shatter, from within the ground came out hundreds of transparent blue creatures like ghosts and flew towards the building. Among the hundreds of ghost-like creatures, a man with beautiful long white hair and blue eyes stood before one of them and shouted excitedly.

'FINALLY IT'S TIME FOR ME TO STRIKE!' The man smiled broadly and excitedly while making a transparent blue sword like the creature he was riding on.

Veli flew along with hundreds of transparent creatures towards the building and killed many enemy troops inside, he then saw a beautiful long blonde haired woman in a knight's outfit with bright golden yellow eyes slaughtering the enemy with her sword covered in golden yellow flames.

'YO! ELIDIA!' Veli called out to her while slaying nearby enemies.

Elidia turned around and saw Veli whose clothes were covered in blood and dust.

'...Veli don't let your guard down, this is a battlefield.' She said as she thrust her sword into the chest of the enemy through the heart.

'Jeez.. I know that.' Veli pouted at her words and decided to help her.

Overseer stood up and gripped his spear coated with thick mana, he then saw a shadow of a person approaching him from within the smoke in front of him, that shadow was Naku who was ready to launch an attack with his sword emitting a brighter light than before. he quickly ran and thrust his spear at Naku, but he dodged it and kept his distance.

'Project:ARK will be destroyed soon, Overseer' Naku said while walking towards him.

'Naku, the first time we met you were just a weak boy who didn't even know why you were alone without a family. But now that you're this strong..., I have to kill you right here before you become a big obstacle to Project:ARK' he replied to Naku's words with a glare that was sharp enough to frighten even the beasts.

'...' Naku felt a terrifyingly strong aura flowing out from the Overseer's body.

'Before you have a chance, I will kill you first.' He smiled and his mana started flowing out in an amount almost equivalent to Overseer's.
