The Nemesis, a silent and looming presence in the cosmos, awaited Megatron's return, leaving a certain silver jet in charge. It had been three years.

The Decepticon second-in-command reveled in the temporary leadership, savoring the opportunity to prove his worth.

Meanwhile, Soundwave diligently monitored signals and transmissions. His visor displayed various screens, analyzing data with unmatched precision. As he focused on his duties, he detected a peculiar signal on Earth, a signal that sent ripples through the digital web of the Decepticon network. Unbeknownst to Starscream and Soundwave, this signal was the aftermath of (Y/N)'s battle against the anomaly.

Starscream turned his attention to Soundwave, his red optics peering straight at him. "What is it, Soundwave? Report!"

Soundwave did not respond for a second; he was not much of a talker. He then spoke through voice recordings of other Cybertronians, "Unidentified power signal detected on Earth."

Starscream approached from behind, his blood-red optics narrowing as he observed the data displayed by Soundwave. The power level was beyond anything they had encountered before. Intrigued and somewhat intimidated, Starscream couldn't help but marvel at the sheer magnitude of the signal. "How fascinating," Starscream mused.

"Soundwave, find out the source of this signal immediately," Starscream ordered, a devious spark in his optics and a smirk on his faceplate.

As Soundwave delved into the task, scanning the signal's origin but finding no luck, the communications chief unable to find anything even slightly related to the signal. Well, this was annoying.

Then, just like what had happened to the Autobots, an inexplicable power wave swept through the Nemesis.

Starscream felt it—a surge of power that ignited every circuit within him. It was addictive, intoxicating, and left him hungering for more as it ran its course. Starscream's wings flared out instinctively as he absorbed the energy, his optics widening in awe.
