The monster went after anna. I ran at the monster and jumped onto its back. I adjusted my stick and struck it at the monster's head.I could feel its body go limp and it slowly collapsed. Anna rolled out of the way, before she became a pancake.
"I love you! I-I meant.. Yay it's defeated." She said in embarrassment.
"Um... Ok..." I said while rubbing my head.
"I meant.... you're great, you killed it!" She added.
"PORTAL! Where is the portal?"
"We have to find it!" She cheered.
