I groaned as I was rubbing my fingers lightly because I've been typing on this computer for three hours. "Are you ok?" Chan asked as he didn't not once look up from his laptop who was still typing rapidly. "I'm ok.." I rubbed my index finger lightly one more time before I got back to work on completing this report. "You should go home you know.. I got it from here." He kept typing without making eye contact.
"No no.. I'm gonna stay. Let's just finish this report ya?" I cracked my knuckles one by one and continued on with the report about CRISPER. (A gene editing system for collage level kids but I learned about it in 7th grade, I swear my science teacher is crazy) We were on the last paragraph until I felt a light tap onto my shoulder...
I looked up to see a guy who was smiling kindly. "Hi.. umm the cafe is about to close sooo" He fiddled with his fingers as I indicated what he meant. "OH! I'm so sorry!" I quickly shut my laptop and shoved with into my bag along with the textbooks that were scattered on the table. "It's fine.." He gave me one last smile before he turned his heel to leave but. "Hey! What's your name?" I zipped up my backpack making him smile. "My name is Changkyun" He smiled kindly sending butterflies into my stomach.
"Ok thanks" I tried to hide my nervousness because his handsome was crazy. He looked like a sculpted god. He winked at me making me squeal like a little kid on the inside. "Yours?" He questioned making me snap out of reality. "S-sorry.. I-i'm Y-y/n" I stuttered as we shook hands. "Nice to meet you.." He winked one more time before leaving towards the employee room to do stuff.
"Come on Y/n.." Chan suddenly stood up and dragged me out of the bus stop. "Woah.. what was that Chan?" I rubbed my wrist lightly as the light from the full moon shine on top of me. "Nothing.. I just thought that it's late and it's time for you to come home." He looked down at his shoes as we waited for a couple of minutes before the bus came.
~After bus ride~
We got off the bus stop and continued to walk towards our house. Since we live right next door it was very simple. "Y/n.." He trailed off making me hum in return. "Umm.. I know we're not that close but.." He stop mid sentence making me confused. I shivered as the cold wind blew making my blouse fly everywhere.
Without any words, he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulling me into his embrace. My heart started to beat rapidly as my body was making contact with his. "W-what are you d-doing?" I stuttered as I kept staring at the sidewalk as we continued to walk. "Keeping you warm.. duh" He emphasized the duh part making me roll my eyes.
Once we reached to my house he let go of me. I whimpered as the cold air hit my chest making me yearn for his warmness. "W-well thanks for walking me home Chan" I stuttered as my cheeks turned bright pink as he smiled showing his one dimple.
"You're welcome and I want you to do something for me." He said as he placed his hands into his jean pockets. I tilted my head to side and gestured him to continue. "I want you to.. go on a date with me"
