Q.Where does this story take place?
A. It takes place in a city called sota which is Japan. It's not a real city though. Its known as the capital city for the super powered, heros or villians
Q. How did you come up with the idea?
A. It just happened. It started at the beginning of the year when my oc Zephyr met Alex who was known at l.o.t.h in the blackmarket

A. Yes
Q. How long did this take to write out?
A.quite a while. Currently I only have the backstories done as of writing this so I really hope this is worth it

Q.what is the story line of Sota City?
A. Well it's a lot but basically there was a virus that went around which made future generations be born with powers and some started to abuse there power becoming villians well others who fought those that abused it became heros. There are events that took place in Sota that are mentioned from time to time but they don't affect the plot
