Jongho's POV :
I let heavy breaths as i hide inside rhe locker of the changing room . I immediately shut my mouth when i heard the door open
'' he really did disapear '' one of the boys said and kicked the locker next to mine which made me let a suprised yell
'' so you were here '' he said opening the door and pulled me from there smirking
'' oh look at the baby hiding his toy '' his friend said making the three of them laugh
I bite my lower lip trying to hold in my cries
'' yah what the heck ? '' someone said from the door looking at the boys
'' o-oh seonghwa ... '' one of them said and they shared a look before leaving the room , i held my plushie close to my chest and hide my face in my knees
I heard the footsteps approaching and tightened my grip on my friend
'' is this yours ? '' he asked and i looked up hesitantly to notice my pacifier in his hand , my eyes immediately went wide and i tried to reach for it but he pulled his hand back . Oh no not a new bully please ...
'' open '' he said smiling warmly to the point my heart melted '' say ahhh ''
I did as told and he put the comfort item in my mouth
'' good job '' he caressed my hair and without knowing i leaned into his touch
'' don't worry i washed it in my way here '' he said and i nodded '' and about those assh- '' he stopped talking and coughed '' no bad words ... I will make sure wooyoung and san teach them a good lesson '' he said and i giggled at his motherly tone , but stopped when he looked at me
'' you have a cute smile, don't hide it '' he winked and stood up . I immediately held the end of his shirt between my fingers
'' what is it ? You wanna come with me ?" He asked and i nodded feeling embarassed
'' you don't have where to go ? '' he asked and i shook my head '' no family ? '' he asked trying not to offend me and i shook my head again . My eyes widened when he hugged me gently
'' don't worry , we will become your family '' he said .
This is how i got to know the 7 members i live with now .
Every then and now , i remember this and it makes me anxious . When i was 10 my parents got divorced and i lived with my dad , it wasn't the best life , that's why i moved out at a young age , i was lonely for so long.
And one thing happens when i am anxious , i become the world's number 1 brat.
'' jongho , why don't you ... Get down from there little one '' yunho said chuckling
'' i wan it '' i said reaching up for a pillow
'' i will get it for you , now come here baby '' he said wrapping his arms around my waist putting me down from the table
'' yuyu '' i whined
'' i will give you that pillow after we have lunch '' he said dragging me to the kitchen
'' i wan now '' i said trying to stop him from taking me somewhere else , he sighed and put me over his shoulder
'' okay baby , we calm down now '' he said once we reached the table , he sat me down next to wooyoung and san , i pouted and crossed my arms over my chest
'' what's wrong baby boy ? '' seonghwa asked and i turned my head to the side
'' come on bubble , this isn't how you behave '' san said and i looked down
'' it's okay sweetheart '' seonghwa hyung said smiling at me and i nodded
'' i no wan cawot '' i said and pushed my plate back
'' why ? It's good for you tho little boy '' yeosang said eating a piece of it and i whined
''let's make a deal , i will take a piece with every one you eat , like this you will eat just half'' wooyoung said trying to feed me one but i pushed his hand away , a little too hard, making the whole plate fall to the floor . Everything was so quiet , which made me scared and i started crying
'' alright come here jongho '' hongjoong hyung who has been watching everything since earlier said and my heart fell
'' no hyungie , i sowwy , sowwy '' i cried and hide my face in my hands sobbing
I felt arms around me and i cried harder
'' shhhhh baby , hyung won't hurt you , i promise little one . '' he whispered sitting me on his lap and i looked up at him
'' weally ? No punish ? '' i asked and he nodded in disagreement
'' no punishment this time love '' he said and i put my head on his chest enjoying the affection
'' jongho , princess . '' he called few minutes later
'' do you mind telling joongie hyung what's the matter honey ? I know you are our good boy and you never act like this baby '' he said and i immediately felt bad .
'' i .... Sad joongie '' i said and the tears came back
'' oh darling '' he cooed hugging me tightly
'' why baby ? Hmm ? ''
'' i scawed lonely again and and ... '' i cried louder and he just kept rubbing my back gently
'' it's okay to be sad baby , it's fine '' he shushed , and kept whispering sweet nothings
'' i sowwy '' i said weakly after i calmed down
'' don't worry princess , but next time just make sure you talk to us alright ? Don't handle it by yourself , you have us for a reason '' he said and i nodded , smiling when he pressed a kiss to my forehead .
I walked downstairs where everyone was sitting and immediately hugged wooyoung
'' sowwy ungie '' i said and he cooed squeezing my cheeks and pressing kisses on them
'' no problem petal '' he smiled at me and i let a sigh of relief before walking to the best cuddle body on the world . Mingi hyung .
'' can minmin put me to bed ? '' i asked playing with the end of my shirt and immediately i was picked up by him
'' my pleasure princess '' he said and we walked to yeosang's bed where the latter was already sleeping , we made sure to get in the bed quietly to not wake him up and ended up all cuddling .
