Hill: Sir, 3 days ago. An unknown species appears in the middle of San Francisco and starts to attack civilians. First responders, local heroes, and the Young Avengers held the line and evacuated the civilians. But forced to retreat. The National Guard has already put the city and the surrounding Bay area on lockdown.
Then a SHIELD operative comes into the room.
SHIELD Operative: Director Fury, sir! We have a problem!
Fury: What is it?
Shield Operative: The Golden Gate Bridge is under attack, sir!
Fury: Damnit! Hill, where are the Avengers?
Hill: Off-world.
Fury: X-Men?
Hill: Unavailable.
