Chapter Twenty-Six: Gung Ho!

The seven of us were in the Youth Center. Zack and Billy were helping Jason and Tommy, training for the upcoming Team Ninja Finals.

I was wearing a beige flannel, white shirt, and brown pants.

Though the only problem is, Jason and Tommy constantly attempt to show each other up.

"Now, you two will have to learn how to gung ho." Trini said. "Huh?" Jason said. "What?" Tommy said. "Gung ho, it's Chinese for working together." I translated.
A/N: 工合, I'm pretty sure the pronunciation in the show is a bit wrong. But I guess that is to be expected.

"Hope's right." Trini said. "You have to learn to work together, if you guys want to win the Team Ninja Finals." She said. "Cause you know what they say, "Teamwork makes the dream work"." I said.

Jason and Tommy continue training, while the rest of us watches.

"You're supposed to kick on the other side." Tommy told Jason. "You've punched out a sequence. I had to reverse." Jason told him. The five of us were a bit frustrated.

"Hey, okay, come on." Zack said. "Yeah, you guys only lasted seven-point-eight seconds that time." Billy said, checking his stopwatch. "Billy's been keeping track of it." I said.

Bulk and Skull laughed, as we saw them. "Looks like your boys, need some work." Bulk said. "Yeah, a lot of work." Skull said. "Why don't you worry about it, Bulk." Zack said. "Tommy and Jason are ready for the finals." He said. Jason and Tommy punch their gloves.

"Well, they better be. Cause my ninjas are the best." Bulk said, he snaps his fingers, and two guys wearing a full ninja outfit appeared.

"Whoa, that is some heavy competition." Trini said. "But, are the outfits really necessary?" I asked.

"You're looking at the team, that is going to win the Ninja Finals." Bulk said, he walks behind the two. "I only manage the best." He said. "Gentlemen, time for your work out." He told them. "Yeah. Time for your workout." Skull said, and snaps his fingers.

Jason and Tommy stood next to us, as we watched the two of Bulk and Skull's people workout on the mat. The both of them shows proficiency in working together.

"Wow, they look like pros to me." Kim said. "They are extremely proficient." Billy said. "Yeah, and they're good." Zack said.

"Man, I could take those guys by myself." Jason said. "Yeah, so could I." Tommy said. "No offense, JJ." I said, looking at my boyfriend. "But those two are better at this, than both you and Tommy." I said.

Soon, Bulk and Skull's people were given Shinais, and they continue to impress people with their teamwork. "Stop!" Skull said. The two of them stopped, they bowed to Skull, and handed him the Shinais. "Now, power kick." Bulk told the two. The two rush towards the punching bag together, and kicks it.

"I told you they were super ninjas." Bulk told us. The punching bag flew back, and knocks Bulk down. Everyone in the Youth Center laughed.

Trini, Kim and I were walking by the playground. Jason and Tommy were going to keep training, with the help of Zack and Billy. I kissed Jason on the cheek, before leaving with Trini and Kim.

"Wow, those ninjas were really awesome. Huh?" Trini asked. "Tommy and Jason, are gonna have to learn to work together, if they're gonna beat them." Kim said. "Let's hope they can work together, before the Ninja Finals." I said.
