10/24/23 - Has it really been half a month since I've updated this? I guess so...

Well, I've updated the textures on the map - it doesn't look pretty but it doesn't look so plain either. I've updated zombies so that they get harder if left alive, but upgraded the player to move better. I've also updated the cards from the Upgrader to look nicer and more like actual cards, which meant I had to update the Upgrader script.

Look, a lot of what I've been implementing has been behind the scenes with nothing crazy going on.

Most of this was inspired by the first 'build' of the game. I tried it, worked perfectly but it felt... Boring? Maybe too easy and not hectic enough. It is possible that the map is too open, so before I finish the build I'm going to implement a 2nd, much more confined map to see what happens - but basically besides updating the zombies to give them better scaling difficulty, the things I want to do before I have others actually test the game to give input are as follows:

Visible health bar - no idea why this hasn't been implemented yet, but it is to be done soon.

Ammo reload animation, at least around the cursor so you can see when the reload is ready, but also how many bullets you have at a visible glance... This one might be a full day type of thing.

After there, just create a sample map made by a friend and I'm good to go for alpha testing!
