Four days had passed, they gather in the main hall of tower. Hiruzen still hosted the opening speech as the Hokage in Charge. First of all, Naruto is still in process of ceremony as they decided to hold it after the Chunin Exam.
So in the eyes of majority, Hiruzen is still the Hokage instead of Naruto. Hiruzen gave his speech about wars of the Villages and how they deal it in most friendly way and it is the Chunin Exam. Then Hayate Gekko, the proctor of the Preliminaries, third exam explain the rules. You can see how he was glowing. He had been cured by Hinata three months ago. And he had been completely healed one month ago. So he can now proposed to his long time Girlfriend.
"Lets see the first match," Hayate said. They all look at the screen and saw the chosen fighter.
Akido Yoroi Vs Uchiha Sasuke
"Goodluck, Nii-san," Naruto said with a smile. Kakashi see this smile and it makes him smile too. The bond of this two student he have is strong enough not to break.
"I'll finish it immediately," Sasuke said and jump to the railing.
"So who's betting? How many minutes before Sasuke defeat him, anyone?" Naruto grin widely. The other member of SoK team smirk.
"50 ryo, just a minute," Choji said throwing his 50 bucks to Naruto.
"50 ryo too, 30 seconds," Hinata said and throw her 50 ryo to Naruto. Kurenai almost drop her jaw, she didn't expect Hinata will bet too.
"30 ryo, 30 second," Shino said and throw his money.
"30 ryo, it will only youthfully 20 seconds!" Lee exclaimed and throw the money. Gai was shock. 20 seconds? Was that too fast?
"50 ryo, 10 seconds," Shikamaru said. Just like the others, he throw the money to Naruto. Naruto grin widely. The other Jounin drop their jaw. 10 seconds?
"100 ryo, a second after the proctor said start," Naruto said swaying his 100 buck.
"Shit!" All his teammates and member groan.
"Nah! I will not be surprised if Naruto won this bet. Troublesome blonde!" Shikamaru yawn he didn't even felt regret for the money he bet.
On the first floor, Sasuke is too bored to even pull his hand on his pocket. He mockingly yawn to his opponent.
"Begin," Hayate said. The moment Hayate said the word 'begin' Sasuke disappear from everyone's sight and appear at the back of Yoroi with the same posture a while ago. He yawn and the only thing they saw is Yoroi's body falling slowly.
"Your abilities to aborb chakra and use it as your is a good skills. But not for long range," He boredly said. Gaara smirk as he know that Sasuke is his friend, Crow.
"Winner by knockout, Uchiha Sasuke," Hataye declare after he check Yoroi's pulse. He didn't even know that Sasuke cut his Tendon and Tenkatsu without his knowledge, cutting his Ninja Career. Well, he deserve it for being a Spy for Otogakure
Naruto grin and sway there money.
"I won," he chuckled. All of them roll their eyes.
"Thats a lot of money! Choji, Shikamaru!" Ino shouted.
"It not like I don't have more money. Its just few ryo. Aside from my allowance from my dad, I also have my own bank account. I can say we have our own bank account," Choji said while munching a bag of chips.
"Seriously? Where did your food came from?" Ino ask.
"In my scroll, that they gave me in the first day of Chunin Exam," Choji truthfully said. Then Ino remember about the throwing scroll scene before.
Sasuke go back immediately to the second floor yawning so much.
"I want to sleep now," he said flatly.
"Then, sleep," Naruto reply.
"Hn..." Sasuke said and close his eyes. Kakashi observed Sasuke and he can see, Sasuke falls asleep immediately in his position.
"He is in his autopilot, Kakashi-sensei, Sakura-chan, be quiet," Naruto whisper to Sakura and Kakashi.
"Autopilot?" Both ask.
"Autopilot is skills, actually it is our skills. It is the scenario that you'll manage to sleep no matter what your position is. He unconsciously sending a chakra around his body so it will remain stiff. Meaning just a touch from his radius, he will react immediately," Naruto explain.
Abumi Zaku Vs Aburame Shino
"Good luck Shino," all of them said with a smile. Shino nodded and jump to the first floor.
"If I were you, I'll forfeit immediately," Zaku mockingly said. But sadly, Shino didn'r reply or even react this makes Zaku got angry.
"Hey you! Did you hear me? I said, forfeit now!" The remaining members of SoK rolled their eyes. Is he an idiot?
Shino prepare his insect and put it to Zaku. Now the insect he had is spreading to the chakra pathway, blocking it and his insect is ready to eat any chakra.
"Begin," Hayate said and step back to let the battle be ready.
They begun to Taijutsu as Zaku and his teammates had been informed about everyone in Konoha's weakness, Aburame heavily relied to their insects. So they are only a middle to long range specialist. But Shino is a member of SoK. He needs to be proficient and well rounded to every category of Techniques.
Shino gracefully dodge every attack of Zaku and he did not even taking his hand off to his trench coats while dodging.
"Fuck it! Just stay where you are and let me hit you!" Zaku said irritatedly
"Is he nuts or what?" Hinata commented. Kiba look to everyone confusedly. When did they become this close? It is the reason why he was quite in the first place. He is observing his teammates and ex-classmates.
"If you don't want to suffer from pain, forfeit now, why? Because you will have no choice. Neither forfeit or experience the pain for using your ninjutsu," Shino said monotonely.
"Who are you to dictate me? Sound Release: Air Vacuum Technique!" Zaku shout. But instead of his chakra being release, nothing happen. He tried it again three times but what happen in his last attempt is his whole arm creates a hole and a massive chakra burst out in every hole he had. What was amazing about it is there is no drop of blood to the hole.
"You deserve it, why? Your too stubborn, I did warn you," Shino said.
Zaku immediately fall weakly as Hataye check him. "Winner by knockout, Aburame Shino." Hayate declare.
