I stared at the poster of Nina Mae in my office. I'm pretty sure I just came up with a really good idea for this subscription relaunch. Much better than the Greta idea that failed terribly.
"Morning." Y/N said placing a coffee on my desk.
"Y/N, I'm about to save Savage X Fenty." I say excitedly.
"Oh, do tell." He replied.
"Okay so I was staring at the poster, thinking about last night and our mutual love of old movies." I start.
"That's what you were thinking about?" He chuckled.
"Yes Y/N, movies." I reply not feeding into his antics.
"Okay Kelly, what hit you?" Y/N asked.
"Nostalgia. Every time I watch an old movie there's always at least one garment where I'm like 'I would kill for that.' You know like a bathrobe or a beautiful tailored dress. Then you're left thinking-"
"They just don't make things like they used to." He finishes understanding where I'm going with this.
"Yes but what if they did? Last weekend I met a designer who makes the most fashionably constructed items. They're all reclaimed vintage. Her craftsmanship is contour level." I say.
That boutique where Michelle told me about Jimmy. The owner of that boutique, her name is Becca Jay. She'd be perfect for what we're trying to accomplish here.
"No, I like where this is going. But who's the IT girl in all of this. The influencer. We need that." Y/N said.
Shit, he's right. Without that this won't work. I smiled at him when someone came to mind.

"Remy." I say getting her attention.
"Oh shit, that's Remy Ma." Y/N said in disbelief.
"Thank you so much." I say as she agreed to help with the problem.
"Of course. Anything for you Kelly." Remy replied.
"And thank you Becca." I say to the designer.
If this boosts the Savage X Fenty subscription service when the time comes, then I owe these two women my life. I'm literally going crazy trying to get this relaunch perfect. Being a creative director is not easy.
Remy was wearing some pieces that Becca designed. She's basically the model in all of this. She's the influencer, Becca is the designer. And this would all go under Savage X Fenty. It benefits everyone.
We got started on the shoot. I directed Remy on what to do as Y/N filmed the whole thing. He actually really is talented with a camera. That film degree is no joke.
