Chapter 29

It was a beautiful breezy spring day with the sun shining high up in the sky. White chairs lined up in neat little rows along the shore line adorned in yellow ribbons with white lilies. It was so serene, with the wind blowing and the waves crashing against the sand. Under the archway which was draped in yellow and white linen stood a handsome groom in a white tux with a yellow vest with shoes to match. His groomsmen lined up beside him in black and yellow to compliment him.

Bridesmaids made their way down the isle one by one. Knee length yellow dresses with a side bow with yellow and white boquets, as the sweet sounds of Jodeci played.

Destiny stood at the beginning of the isle waiting for her cue to walk down to meet her love at the other end. This was it, the day she would marry her best friend.
