Chapter 2

Destiny woke up to the sound of music and the shower running. "he must be home" she thought to herself. She looked at the time and it was 6 am "hmmm I wonder where he been" she sighs. She got up and went into the bathroom do brush her teeth and wash her face so she could go make breakfast. She didn't say a word to him as she entered the bathroom .

"Des that's you " he yells

"Yeah babe "

"You making some breakfast a  nigga starving" he says in a deep demanding voice.

"Yeah I'm bout to right now"

"Ard, Bet. I be out in a minute" he responds

She walks into the kitchen and starting gathering the things she needed. She opened the fridge and grabbed some eggs and milk so she could make french toast. She grab a skillet for the eggs and one for the french toast. She went back to the fridge because she forget the maple bacon. She grab that and went right to cooking.

Shawn walks into the kitchen just with his robe on and slightly open so she can see he is not wearing nothing underneath.

"Hey baby how was ya night"

"It was straight"

She finishes up her cooking and gets a plate and puts his food on it and pours him some orange juice. She gets herself a plate and they both sit at the breakfast bar eating barely saying a word to each other until she decided to break the silence.

"Can I spend some time with you today?"

"Nah you know a nigga busy" he says with a mouth full of eggs.

"well how bout later on tonight?"

"Maybe I ain't making no promises aight"

"I miss you Shawn"

"Yeah I bet , what you need to do is miss a damn meal or too, sure wouldn't hurt you none" he looks up at her and says with a smirk on his face. She sighs and puts her fork down completely losing her appetite.

She stood up and started to walk away.

"Where you going"

She turned around with tears in her eyes.
