A family was on a trip through France when they decided to visit a few World War Two places in Normandy.

After returning home their seven year old daughter started to tell them if the men who followed her in the bunkers , pointing guns at her. She described them as angry looking , holding guns whilst crouched down.

The father started to ask her questions which she replied that she wasn't scared, she knew they weren't going to hurt her so she didn't think much of it. She goes on to say that there were loads of them everywhere, they looked like army men , some were walking out of the bunker , some were behind a tree and when they left in the car she saw some behind a fence in a field. She was able to give I. Detail what the men were wearing , which match up to what the soldiers would of worn in World War Two.

So this previous April, I was doing a rotation at JRTC as opfor at Fort Polk. Our platoon was tasked with holding this village and just fucking with any guys we saw, but we were one of the last villages they would reach, so there wasn't anyone for miles around at the time of my story. We had one of our squads posted at this bridge about 4 miles from us, and one night, our PSG told my then team leader and myself to walk down to the squad at the bridge and drop off some chem lights to them. It was a real dark night, new moon, cloud cover, and heavy tree cover. So dark, you could barely see out of your NODs to stay on the road. When we were about a mile out from the other squad, the road dipped, and dropped about 6 feet. When we got to the bottom of the recession, the road was going through this big clearing. While in that clearing, it was bright, like a full moon on a clear night, and there were tons of circles of mushrooms. While we had been walking, it was about 80ish degrees, but when we got in that clearing, it couldn't have been above 55. It was pretty spooky, so we had our weapons at the ready and kept walking. About halfway across, out of nowhere, I hear this womans voice right in my ear. I push off of nothing and fire two shots off. My team leader looks at me, and is like "wtf just happened?". I tell him, and he says he didn't hear anything. We keep walking, and just before we get out of the clearing, my team leader does the same thing I did, and just starts running, so I followed him promptly. We finally reached the other squad, and the SGT pulls us two aside, and asks us "do yall have a female with you? We've been hearing a womans voice for hours now?" Needless to say, we told him no, beat fucking feet out of there, and Bush whacked it back to the village through the creek rather than take that road again

Okay so I delved a little deeper and began reading the comments & found this...

For thousands of years, the sudden appearance of a ring of mushrooms was a sure sign of otherworldly presences. These rings would seemingly appear overnight, or travel from one location to another, with no clear rhyme or reason. Warnings of the dark forces that must create these abnormalities were passed down between generations, and the folklore of fairy rings was established.

These fairy rings (fairy circles, elf circles or pixie rings) are a naturally occurring phenomenon. A fungi creates a ring or arc shape within the soil, affecting the grass in the area, and grows up through the greenery forming a circle of mushrooms. These rings-a lovely surprise and good luck to some, or a dark omen and nasty lawn problem to others-can spread from a very few inches or feet to 164 feet (50 meters) or more. The ring found in Belfort, France, is thought to be the largest ring ever found. It is approximately 2,000 feet (600 meters) in diameter, and an astonishing 700 years old.

Former RAF Wickenby, Lincolnshire

RAF Wickenby was a purpose built RAF station that housed bombers during World War Two. During the short period of time it was in use, 1,080 crew members lost their lives.

There have been reports of figures on the runway and inside the control room. Unexplained footsteps and scrapping sounds have been heard. As well as the apparition of a pilot who disappears in thin air.
