Review: One aspect of this book that really appealed to me is the fact that the progression of the relationship between Payne and Alexis was murderously slow but it kept you hooked since you were just waiting for that moment where the two of them accept the other. Payne is a character who has a ton of raw emotion locked up but when it's released the impact hits you hard and you end up seeing Payne in a completely different light. Alexis isn't like your usual protagonists; she's a mix of your cliche female lead but with a rebellious and defensive side that makes her likeable. Overall it's a great werewolf story with a fabulous concept so there is no reason why I shouldn't call this a Bucket List Book.
