If you had any idea
How it's like being around you,
Your attitude won't be the same,
So allow me to tell you.
There's this flame that burns in my heart.
No matter how many times I try,
There's no way I can extinguish it,
For it grows stronger after every attempt.
However, there's only one exception,
Something that makes my cheeks
Burn at the very thought of it:
I must be around a special someone.
You are that special someone,
For you are the only fire extinguisher
That could put this flame out,
Ridding me of this unbearable feeling.
With the flame out,
I shall be able to focus on my needs,
But know this: the flame will always return
So I'll be needing you for life.
I hope you understand,
And if you do, there's this special place
I want you to meet me tonight,
And when you come, we shall
Lay the foundations to our future.
