Chapter 15

Brent's POV

When Mel and I were on our "date" this morning, we told each other what we liked. She told me that she was obsessed with Magcon.

I didn't tell her that I was friends with them, so I have them a call.

I called Cameron and he said that they were in Rhode Island. They had a show yesterday and that they didn't have another show until next week.

I told him about Mel and they said that they could make it for her birthday! I thought that would be an awesome surprise for her.

Mel saw them and she looked shocked. She's so cute when she looks like that.

"Ummm," she said, "what's Magcon doing here?"

I walked up to her and gave her a huge hug.

"Happy birthday Mel!" I said to her.

"How did they get here?" She asked.

Cameron being the wise ass he is said,"Well, when a mommy and a daddy love each other very much...-"

"I remembered that you said you liked them this morning so I called them and here they are," I explained to her.

"Awww," Nash said, "Brent has a crush on Melanie!"

We both blushed but laughed it off. Nash is gonna get it later.

Melanie's POV

I can't believe that Brent did that for me. He's so sweet.

I hugged him while saying thank you more times then I could count.

He hugged back, and I loved it.

More people showed up, and that's when the party got started.

They DJ played all my favorite songs and when 'Stay with Me' by Sam Smith came on, everyone was looking for someone to dance with.

Hayes asked Jessica to dance and thankfully she said yes. They have been hanging out all night. I was really happy for her.

I sat with Lexi because no one would dance with us. Assholes. Their loss.

Even Brice was dancing with someone! My new best friend, Zoey. But Alex always have a special place in my heart.

Lexi and I were talking when someone walked up to us.

Brent.

"Would you like to dance?" he asked me holding out his hand.

I had no choice because Lexi was pushing me up.

We danced next to Cam and Erin, his girlfriend he had for 2 years.

While we were dancing, Brent was singing the song to me and of course I was blushing like crazy. It came to the chorus, which was my favorite part of the whole song.

"Won't you stay with me? 'Cause you're all I need." Brent sang to me.

"Brent Austin Rivera. Did you just say I'm all you need?" I asked him smiling.

"Yes I did, Melanie Rose Dawson," he said kissing my check.

I though this was the best birthday ever and nothing could ruin it.

But that was before HE should up.
